Never underestimate the power of taking it less seriously than she does.
/r/seduction11/05/20 07:28 PM

You need to experiment and see what you get. Impossible to tell without trying. Just be aware not to fall on the extreme opposite side and scare them away by being too nice.
/r/seduction09/05/20 06:47 AM

Honestly, it's always a matter of calibration. Maybe you're coming too strong on girls who require more comfort or too comfortable on girls who require more asshole alpha type.

Being left on read could mean she is uninterested or that she is testing the waters to evaluate your investment. My move is always to give it some space and wait a few days to check if she is really not replying and then send her a message bringing on a new topic or just something funny not related to the fact that she didn't reply. If she doesn't respond to that or just reply with a boring/uninterested answer, I just ignore her and move on to the next girl.

Said every woman that ghosted a guy for being too predictable by texting on the next day.

Truth is, relationships revolve around a set of skills. Just like work. You don't get to be hired as a computer programmer, for example, because you have a great character, you are a good friend or you are an awesome basketball player. So yes, some people really need to put themselves out there and learn to implement basic interactions and conversations in order to learn to be charismatic and have good social skills, it doesn't matter how truly good persons these guys are, they have to develop t…

Agreed. I usually try to notice something about her dressing style or body language. Tends to work better than comments based on looks.

I would suggest two things that might be the problem, basically, because they happened to me also: 1: You've mentioned that you were entertaining while texting, but the thing is, you need to text and be entertaining only the minimum necessary to get her on the date. The date is where actually she is able to experience the best of you. If you're heavily flirting on text and your energy IRL is not as good, you're creating an anti-climax, which is, the girl is expecting a lot more and when she meet…

Your definition of being an introvert is correct, but since lots of introverts have issues with being social and meeting new people (being shy, social phobia, etc.), a lot of people tend to relate both. My strategy, as someone whos is an introvert and not very sociable, is to make daily approaches. Instead of going to social circles, bars, and clubs to meet women, try to establish a consistency of approaching one woman a day during your routine. You can do it when going to the gym, commuting to …

Yes, I agree. Tinder should be used as a secondary source only. Never rely on Tinder for your primary sex/romantic life. I've moved countries around a year ago and started using it massively, after a couple of months my number of matches dropped significantly and the biggest majority of matches don't result in anything. I've had a couple of dates from it, but that's all. Day game is the thing for me since I'm not into clubbing/bars.

Don't feel bad. You do realize that women, in general, have no mercy when it comes to rejecting guys that don't fit their criteria. It is what it is, relationship game is not for the weak, both men and women.

Not exactly. It is super cringey because right from the start the guy puts himself in a low-status position in regards to the woman, who, in my opinion, is a 5 at best. The guy is good looking, extroverted and has good body language, but lacks so much game that the end result you don't need to finish watching the video to find out what it was. He would be in a much better position by putting himself as a challenge and actually not giving straight answers to these lame questions by answering them…

Hey where is the bank... do you live around here? What do you enjoy the most about this part of the city? Remember, an indirect approach doesn't mean you're going to hide your intentions, at some point (sooner the better) you're going to flip it into a man to woman interaction and she may go along or reject you.

I think the idea is to focus on your behavior as I mentioned above. Always ask yourself what message your behavior is sending to your mind. It's impossible to control your thoughts, but you can always choose how you're going to respond to them. Also, try to read some books on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, etc... They are good to understand these concepts.

Yes man, to be honest, I believe men who end up getting oneitis do so because they have obsessive tendencies. So is the case with me. The trick is to use your obsessions to work for you instead of against you. I really can be a bless or a curse.

Anyone familiar with CBT knows that behaviors (compulsions) are the main fuel for obsessions (oneitis is one of them). In resume, your mind only feels oneitis because you're acting on it. The only way to deal with oneitis is to start ACTING like you don't give a shit about her despite what you may FEEL. Your mind will go nuts at the beginning and you will face intense and uncomfortable feelings like she is the only one for you and you are losing your only chance in this life to be happy. The mor…

One year texting is unacceptable. The only function of texting is to set up a date between the both of you. I recently fell on the same mistake, I met this interesting girl on Tinder who I had lots of things in common, we started chatting and for the first time, we kept messaging each other for two hours straight. She would send me good morning texts and photos from what she was doing... I started flirting strongly by text as well and after around 10 days we finally met. Guess what? The date was…

It happens. Take it as a learning experience. It's painful but we all must go through it so we can learn. Next time, try to set your priorities. I also have difficulties with this, so I can totally relate.

Dude, you know what to do, right? She pulled the "best friend" card. It's over. This looks like you were too much available for her that she ended up losing interest. Happened to all of us, you'll get through it. I would advise you to focus on your stuff for now like gym, work, friends, etc while at the same time start approaching girls on the street and practice getting some numbers and dates.

I'm a hardcore introvert who suffered from social phobia since forever. I've gotten better through the years, but still, have difficulties with women. I find extremely difficult to get out of my head to do approaches and when I'm rejected by a woman who I find interesting, it crushes me.

One thing that works for me is to realize women is only one fraction of your life, and not the entire goal of it. You must not only think this as a concept inside your mind but actually put it into practice. Organize your day in a manner that you only have a small fraction of it dedicated to pursue and relate to women. Fill the other parts with things you're passionate about like work, friends, family, workout, studying, reading, goals, etc, and really concentrate on them while you're doing it..…

Bad dates happen and it sucks, especially if the girl was somehow interesting... and they can bring some feelings of hopelessness and loneliness. We all deal with it. Regarding your question, one way I'm trying to approach this is the same way I approach going to the gym. Do every day (or at least 5 times a week) something that would make me better with women and keep relating to them. It can be going out on a date, approaching girls on the street, sending text messages, etc. Taking 30 minutes t…

I feel you, man. One thing that I'm having difficulties lately is that I moved recently to a different country and culture and I'm having difficulties reading these girls. I believe I tend to go over on the player persona to overcompensate my needy and loser past, which suited me good in my home country, but in this new scenario, maybe I should push back a little bit and focus more on building comfort, etc. Thanks for the input.

I'm still working on it, to be honest. But I see no other way around for guys with intense approach anxiety. Step by step is the way for sure. I went from zero girls to being possible to generate a small number of prospects in one week/10 days, which helped my game tremendously since it took me out of the scarcity mode.

You know how girls react to "nice", right? By non-sense I don't mean random stuff with no connection to context. I mean intriguing and unusual statements that are not clear and direct. One of the ways I open girls is by going to her and saying: "You seem to have a skillful hairdresser", or even only "Skillful hairdresser". Way better than coming to her and say "I like your hair, what is your name?". And by monologue, I don't mean you're the only one talking, I mean that the main sources of your …

Yes. It starts to become interesting when you start to detach from outcomes and just throw some non-sense phrases to women and they actually bite it. So funny. Tinder dates are like this, some are good, some are not... but I would suggest you to keep them coming since they're good for practicing escalation, building comfort, teasing, etc. Yesterday I had a Tinder date that I let go also, at the end of it I didn't feel any vibe to close, so I just let her go. I tend to close them by escalating during the date. Start by touching her hand quickly when you talk, then move to longer touches or her arms and hands, then, at the end of the date, stroke her hai…

Ambiguity is the key. Make your communication more abstract and open to interpretation. Avoid obvious compliments, statements, and intentions. In resume, push/pull. For example, instead of saying that she is pretty, tell her that she has unusual characteristics that make you kind of intrigued. Always leave some space on your communication (verbal and body language) that makes her guessing if you're teasing her, making fun of her, being sincere, getting closer, getting bored, or even slightly ins…

I think I have a similar background. I've never been diagnosed with some kind of autism but I suspect I have it, although my biggest issue I would say comes from social phobia. As long as I remember I was deeply afraid of social situations and never knew how to behave on them. Even if I tried to behave at least normal, the anxiety would creep in and I would end up messing up one way or another. This led me to develop my life in other directions, which I became good at, like doing art, producing …

I know it's easy to get discouraged but this thing is a lifelong practice. Stop focusing on results e detach yourself from outcomes. A good option is to set yourself to do a minimum amount of approaches per week. You can start with 5 for example, which can be one a day from Monday to Friday. Whenever you see an attractive woman, approach her asking for directions/information and develop from it by asking more personal questions, her opinion on something, compliment something she’s wearing, and so on. Then say that you’d enjoy seeing her another day and ask for her number. By doing it consistently, you’ll end up refining your …

Don’t know about other countries but Brazil sucks. If you go to Rio or São Paulo you will find the same shitty culture present in the US or England, the only difference being that Brazilian women tend to be huge gold diggers, especially with the “gringos” (European and North American foreigners). You don’t necessarily need to quit dating apps since you’re getting good results from them. You can combine dating apps with approaches on the street to maximize your results though. Maybe you should relax a bit more while dating girls and stop focusing on the future. Enjoy the present moment and if the girl happens to feel like meeting you again, good. The problem is that we live in a culture that did everything possible to maximize sex and relationship options for women while at the same time making it more difficult to men. Don’t answer every single text she sends you. You should set the rhythm of the interactions, not her. Also, by not answering every single stupid text you demonstrate that you have more important things going on and it also helps to create some mystery. Both traits that helps to generate attraction.
/r/seduction28/07/19 05:52 PM

To be honest, the fact that you’re asking this question already shows that you’re not a harasser nor verbal abuser. Thing is culture nowadays wants to label every trait of masculinity as something wrong and offensive, so you should be aware of the woman responses to your moves. If she shows herself to be one of those misandrist feminists, leave her alone and move to the next one.
/r/seduction03/07/19 01:41 PM

The thing is you cannot control whether she says yes or no. Yes, you can try to influence her response, but in the end, the outcome is out of your control. It is mostly about being honest with yourself. Instead of trying to generate a specific response (needy), focus on developing the behaviors you want to have (being vulnerable) and let the chips fall where they may.

I’m reading Models right now and enjoying so far. I think the idea of the book is to get rid of strategies and work on being an authentic risk taker. So, if this is something aligned with the man you want to become, you should do it regardless of any specific outcome. And remember, it is not about what you do or say. It’s about your intentions behind. Are you doing it because you want to trigger a specific response on the girl to give yourself some validation? BAD. Are you doing it because you w…

I think it is about how fucked up society and human relations became nowadays. In the past, men didn't have to put so much energy and time just to get laid or find a girlfriend or wife. It is crazy how much we have to do for women who, usually, are not even worth the effort. I always think about how many great things I could be focusing my energy instead.
/r/seduction17/06/19 09:10 PM

Exactly, I think sex is more about getting the relief of the discharge of sexual energy than it is about appreciating it. Like cigarettes, they are way more about getting the relief of withdrawn symptoms than they are about the pleasure you get from them.

I agree with the OP but "confirming date" messages should be very subtle, otherwise, it will seem that you are insecure about her motivation to go to the date and she will sense it. Usually, I do something like: "Passing around 8 pm, dress beautifully.", or something similar. Also, stating in the message that you are moving on if she doesn't reply is a weak move. If she doesn't answer, move on and cut all contact with her.

Way to go! Realize that success comes from practice, so don't be too focused on this particular interaction. Start doing more of this and build it into daily practice, with time you will be able to develop your own style of attracting and interacting with girls, but for now, it must be trial and error method.
