You stop worrying about coming off as aggressive, harrassment, verbal abuse, etc.

Dont think, just do. I know it sounds silly but in order to seduce you have to learn to not give a shit.

The reason is because if you worry about stuff you come off as robotic and werid when you're trying to seduce.

You self edit yourself and shoot yourself in the foot of you overthink. Seduction/social skill is very much a intuition based art not a logical one.

When you operate from a place of fear you will seduce no woman. Women, especially the quality ones, are attracted to men that are confident.

This'll sound wierd,but treat her like a friend. Tell her really funny jokes that are so hilarious she has to laugh and let her guard down and smile with you.

Once you've got that connection going, you're body language and your internal intent will do the rest of signalling that you want to connect with her sexually, and if she's attracted she give you lots of cues to let you know you can notch things up.

If you try to avoid the connect as humans part and go for the connect on a sexual level part, you're strategy is likely to get cut short.

To be honest, the fact that you’re asking this question already shows that you’re not a harasser nor verbal abuser. Thing is culture nowadays wants to label every trait of masculinity as something wrong and offensive, so you should be aware of the woman responses to your moves. If she shows herself to be one of those misandrist feminists, leave her alone and move to the next one.

It looks like you have answered your own question. You know exactly what to do but you're just a little afraid of someone accusing you of something if you do come on too strong. Most women will let you know one way or another if you are coming on too strong or not.
