True but there’s still a difference of enjoyment when you’re fucking and looking down at her thinking ‘yeah she’s alright and this feels good’ compared to ‘holy fuck this is the hottest thing I’ve seen with my two eyes and this feels good’.

Accept the fact that you won’t, nor should you by the sounds of it, be with this girl. Also accept the fact that she just doesn’t like you that much. Grow some self respect and stop playing her game.
/r/seduction11/12/24 07:02 AM

But most importantly be completely willing to walk away and actually embody what that behaviour suggests. Otherwise you’re still playing her game.

Nah that’s the way you’re reading it dawg. Aint nothing creepy about saying that while you’re smiling when you’re both in on the joke/flirt, ease up on the projecting.

Look up attachment styles and in particular dismissive avoidant. I know it can sound a bit blah blah but I’m honestly the same as you and learning about that gave me a bit of an insight into how my brain might be working subconsciously. No clue how to fix it tho cos I’m still the same as you lol

How have you approached 150+ girls but seem to be too afraid to have a normal conversation with her?

Some good old Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. Some Stoicism (note: the philosophy, not the contemporary usage of the word) could be good for you, its main focus being on accepting what you can’t control and acting in the most morally correct and rational way possible.

It doesn’t come off as needy and insecure in my experience. It comes off as polarising and assertive, but the key is doing it in a fun and playful way. Would love to hear some of your suggestions tho

Can go over the top playful with it like a “ahh who’s this? (He says his name). Well I see you’ve met my wife” then put your arm around her and give her a squeeze. Sometimes the guy will know you’re joking but if the girl is receptive and doesn’t pull away then he’ll know he’s out of luck. Sometimes they are gullible though and will believe you, and it can be a bit of fun to role play the husband and wife for a while. If she does pull away when you do it then well you have your answer if she was…

On the flip side, maybe it’s lonely knowing everyone only cares about your looks and not your personality at all (I would trade places in an instant).

100% overthinking it. A casual, “Well in case I don’t, let me grab your number” would not be weird at all. And if she says no at that point, well you had no chance regardless, so no loss.

If I were you I’d choose a nice cozy bar, sit next to her, get comfortable then at some point DURING it just say to her something like “I should have done this way sooner, but I really want to kiss you right now”. You’ll figure out how she feels about you easily from that and can save yourself the mental turmoil. Some people don’t like the ‘asking for a kiss’ thing but it works for me, and it saves you a bit of that anxiety about making her uncomfortable/rejecting your kiss when you go for it un…

Can’t say I disagree with you. I don’t view the gym as a hunting ground or something for seduction, I am also there for myself as it’s necessary for my physical and mental health. I can also see how some guys would get the wrong idea and create an uncomfortable and creepy environment for the women working out. I just wanted to make the point that it’s not an iron clad rule that you can never approach a woman at the gym, especially seeing as we are in a ‘seduction’ subreddit. The important parts …

I wouldn’t listen to the comments saying that under no circumstances can you talk to/hit on women at the gym. However there’s a couple things I would add: Don’t JUST talk to attractive women. Talk to everyone, that includes the guys. Just being on name basis and having a 1-2 minute conversation with other people in the gym shows social proof and that you’re not just a creep that hits on women. Look for signs she’s interested first. That means catching glances/eye contact in the mirror several ti…

I’m from Australia it’s technically illegal here too, but like is anyone really going to care? Take some red cups and people won’t even know. The goal isn’t to get obliterated and obnoxious anyway, so it’s never been an issue for me.

Not tooo active but a picnic with wine is the best first date in my opinion. You can walk around the park a little bit before, set up a nice spot, people watch and enjoy each other’s company. Plus it’s a bit unique and she’ll appreciate the effort, it really doesnt take much effort to make you look good either: some cheese, crackers, meat, grapes, and a $10 bottle of wine lol.

I think he wasn’t referring to the literal consent before sex, just the fact that they would be more willing to consent to it after a couple hours of drinks and flirting. While this is still 100% consensual, it does open the door to girls feeling like they’ve been deceived the next day/week(s), that it would lead to something more than what you actually wanted, which was short term fun. The false allegations could stem from that feeling of being deceived. For me personally I just don’t like to f…

In my opinion the number one thing is the eyes, both put signals down by the way you look at her, as well as gauge if she’s on the same page.

To hook up, perhaps. To find someone you actually like/likes you and wants to pursue things… evidently not.

Talking to girls normally in a confident, funny, flirty, secure in yourself way is the seduction way my friend. If by pick-up artist stuff you mean pickup lines then they can work I guess, but only if you follow it with ‘normal’ stuff right after, being those skills mentioned before

Yep this. It’s not like introverts can’t be social and charismatic, it’s just that it’s a bit harder and more mentally taxing for us to try. People that say they can’t approach because they’re introvert are just looking for an excuse imo. It’s about getting out your comfort zone, and it might be more uncomfortable than for extroverts but like you say, if you force yourself to do it enough times you develop the skill of interaction.

What was your relationship at that time? Had you talked about it? As in, casual FWB, seeing each other but not exclusive, dating? It sounds like you had pretty big oneitis, if you were talking to several girls at the same time it honestly wouldn’t effect you much. If you were anything short of dating going at a girl for not replying to you won’t be seen well by them at all, comes off as needy.

Pretty much my thought process at this point. Made it very clear what I wanted from the situation and I make an effort to get my partner off. Will also double check. Just thought it’d be interesting different peoples opinions on the matter. Really shows cultural differences I feel.

Yeah I’d say definitely mix in some flirting/teasing/touching in before you go for the big question to test her response if you haven’t been. You asking her out shouldn’t be the first time she gets the idea that you like like her. And going from what seems like a platonic relationship to asking her out could shock her a little bjt. Good luck brother!

How do you think you develop charisma and confidence??? Trial and repeat.

I was just making a joke but to actually answer your question, no one is saying that everyone who watches porn will get ED. But there is evidence and it has been studied about the chemical processes it induces in your brain to increase the chances of ED. Basically, you’ve had a good run lol. As a question to you, have you ever tried not watching porn for any period of time. Even if you don’t get ED from it I’d be interested if you notice any increase in sexual drive, I know I do.

I disagree with your last point and think your view on women is approaching incel territory. Firstly, some people’s future success or failure is not determined by their ability to get a partner, nor should it be. Secondly, people end up alone for a huge variety of reasons and because their ‘standards are too high’ is a rare one I’d say.

Yeah that sucks bro and it can be disheartening, but I think it’d help if you could divide these occurrences into them problems and you problems. The fact that those girls aren’t the best people since they ghosted you, are missing out on all the awesome qualities you bring to the table, is a them problem, not a you problem. I know it’s easier said than done because self-worth is attached when these things happen, but you are in complete control of how you react to these things and if you can see…

I’d say it’s almost the exact same for men. Could say thanks to dating apps and toxic masculinity men think they have an infinite pool of women to choose from. The thing is, both genders have an infinite pool to choose from. Dating apps are used as dopamine hit boredom killers for both genders.
/r/seduction23/12/21 11:06 PM

No, they’re not. You’re just telling yourself that because it’s easier
/r/seduction23/12/21 11:02 PM

You can still talk to girls in real life. 2. I know it’s easier said than done but you have to take the emotional reaction out when girls stop replying. A girl not wanting to get to know you more or keep the convo going is her loss and a her problem. You’re making a her problem into a you problem. Keep in mind that these apps are often used purely out of boredom for some quick validation and dopamine hits from matches. If this all sounds like nonsense, simply refer back to point 1.

Keeping in mind that they’re in public and we don’t know how close to her. If a guy goes in for a loss after 2 minutes of talking I’m pretty sure most girls would be weirded the fuck out. Plus there’s no time for any tension to build at all. Ask her to get drinks or something and do it that way.

Imo just think to yourself if your questions and input in the conversation could be done by her dad or grandpa, as genuinely into the convo as you may be, it’s probably not flirty and fun enough.

Yeah exactly. I’m not sure exactly the communities sentiment is exactly ‘don’t show any jealousy at all’. I think the the advice, and what you are talking about in your reply and what I find to be successful as well, is to be secure in who you are as a person and your own independence. I think generally having LESS jealousy is a result of that as jealousy often comes from oneitis imo. But you’re exactly right, I find being vulnerable (to a degree obviously) has a double effect in that I genuinel…

I guess this sometimes works if your end goal is simply a hook up, it’s all about what you value. Personally if I saw a girl I was into flirting and running off with other guys (granted in this example the guy was getting a lap dance lol), it wouldn’t make me jealous but rather it’d do the opposite. Not a big fan of competing for a girl when she’s shown interest in every guy that comes by. Granted you may lose more opportunities this way but those are losses I’m more than happy with.

You gotta own it bro, it’s only a negative thing if you manifest it that way.
/r/seduction08/07/20 05:19 AM

I think a good one to also remember is: By you approaching and chatting with her, you are adding value to HER day. If nothing else, if you go in with the mindset that you are adding to her day in that particular moment (giving her a laugh, making her smile, hell even just interacting with another human), then it really eases the pressure of failure for you.
/r/seduction16/01/20 02:32 PM

You gotta remember that person that is talking to them when you’re on a certain substance is still YOU my man. Yeah it might feel like you have super powers or are a different person but it’s still there in you. Only way to bring it out when you’re sober is to practice and make a conscious effort to improve it.
