I actually hit the gym 4-5 days a week im at a 225 deadlift. i'm 200lbs on the dot, 6"1 in height, I can see my top 2 abs coming in I think around 185 lbs I'll stop cutting and see what I look like, (I've been eating chicken and veggies straight for like 2 months now so muscle is hard to build while cutting hard) to be honest I think my lower abs won't be visable due to lose skin.	/r/seduction	26/02/18 11:31 PM
