But when you've been an anti-social nerd for 19.5 days (or 7,117 days)... it's going to take a while to grow out of that.

I am going to give you some advice which will fly in the face of some of the PUA advice here but will skyrocket not only the quality but quantity of college girls which you will smash.

The potential is there but in addition to just continuing to be social and learning to interact with girls (being fun and a good experience is the number one rule)....hit the gym to pack on muscle and develop a more masculine frame and impression. Gym bro bulk isn't necessary but just defined muscle (rounded shoulders, biceps\triceps, chest, legs). An INTENSE 35 mins three times a week will do wonders.

It will put you ahead of your mates by a wide margin and quite honestly you will be amazed at the change in reaction by college girls.....you go from the chaser to the chased and being one of those dudes who is chased breds upon itself.....and compounds itself particularly in college. It doesn't mean you will get every girl but the harsh rejections disappear as even taken girls will let you down nicely because they feel validated that a hot dude made a pass at them. Again, as long as you don't become one of those gym bro douches.....

It is like a cheat code to college age girls..even if you like the somewhat nerdier girls....college girls ALL FUCKING love a chiseled guy, because frankly there are very few of them around today.

Well, I'm going to give you possibly the best advice, because I'm one of the few that can probably relate.

I was overweight during puberty and that lasted until I was about 26-27 years old. Then I lost 110lbs in one year. I live in a cold climate and I started my weight loss journey during spring, which means I completed that journey in spring also.

What that means is that I wore heavy, covering clothing until it got warm outside. So for 6 months I still had "fat guy clothes" on and one day I went from fat guy to "handsome guy" literally overnight.

This day was the strangest fucking day of my life. It was 30 degrees the day before and then all of a sudden it was 70+ outside and I couldn't wear clothes that covered my body. It was St. Patrick's day. The buses were free to deter drunk driving, which means the buses were overcrowded and I couldn't get on. I was way more active by that point, so I just decided to walk 4 miles to my connecting bus stop. I had to walk from college side of town, all through the party district, into downtown, and then to my connecting bus stop.

Here's what I experienced immediately after being passed by the first overcrowded bus:

I was catcalled by gay men, they whistled at me. Ok? What the fuck?

Two blocks later, I walked by a bar, I had a woman ask if I was Robin Thicke (blurred lines). Ok? What the fuck?

4 blocks later a woman was walking towards me on the sidewalk, wouldn't break eye contact, walked right into me, brushed her entire body against mine and maintained eye contact the entire time. Fuck, she was hot.

At the corner, I waited for the stop light. A car load of girls pulls up next to me. Girl rolls the window down and screams at me, "I WANT TO HAVE YOUR FUCKIN BABIEEEEEEZ!!!!" what the fuck is going on? WHAT IS GOING ON?

I finally make it downtown, a woman serenaded me out of a car window.

So that's the day the world went mad. I'd never experienced it before, never seen it before, never knew this shit happened to men before. Here's what I learned from it.

Attraction and being unattractive is like night and day. I know what being unattractive was like, and I always compare "nowadays" to that shit. I know when women are attracted to me now. It's so fuckin easy to see compared to before.

So now I use that knowledge. I know what it looks like when a woman thinks I'm unattractive, so now I use it when I talk. I say one unattractive thing and I take notice. I never say that thing again. If I keep talking and I never see that look, then I keep talking. If I never see that look, then I repeat the same things to each new woman and avoid that other shit that netted me "unattractive looks". The more experience I get, the less unattractive things I say.

There's still women that find me unattractive, there's still things I refuse to say to be more attractive, but typically there's a lot of things I've learned to say that keep attraction (regardless of who I'm speaking to at the time).

So my advice is start experimenting and paying attention, because being sexy is fucking fun. And it's mentally stimulating to learn about.

I fuckin love being a hot guy, but it takes work. You still have to be smart. You still have to be aware. You still have to be kind. You still have to be worth women spreading their legs for and you still have to put in effort, even though getting to "hot" was work. It doesn't matter if you say the wrong thing, you can go right back to being that fat ugly guy you were forever before.

Edit: I'm 34 now, so I've been a "hot guy" for like 6-7+ years now.

Approach 500 women over the next 3 months.

250 through cold approach, 200 tinder, 50 social circle. This should get you 100 numbers, 15-20 dates and 2-3 times sex and you learn a ton. Don't be a creep, state your intent, be positive lighthearted. It will literally change your life.
