Can't believe people are eating this shit up. OP is a fucking stick at 170. People probably look away when you make eye contact because they think you have Aspergers, anxiously trying to lock eyes with everyone. Also, are you trying to close with your 11 yr old sister? Congrats on showing her how alpha you are.

Thank you. OP is only correct about Porn and video games. For everything else, he sounds like he just advocates for complacency and mediocrity. Fuck that. Climb as high as you can. Be ambitious as fuck and chase whatever you want. Bitches love that too. Porn and video games give you a dopamine hit for achieving nothing. Climbing the corporate ladder, earning that better car. These things take effort to accomplish.

If you keep yourself in a fight or flight state, your body will probably produce more testosterone because it thinks it needs it. You're absolutely correct. Every wonder why so many ghetto kids are so ripped without working out? Hormonal response to living a dangerous life. When I was full-time in the Marine Corps infantry I put on muscle than I ever had before without even working out. I could literally feel my testosterone rise in that environment. It was apparent in my sex drive too.

Sure, train for power and strength absolutely for athletic performance, but like I said it's completely unnecessary if your goal is pure hypertrophy. I don't know why people can't wrap their heads around this. There's only one kind of hypertrophy, you cant specifically train for any of the crap like myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic broscience. Strength is part neural efficiency and becoming better at a skill and the rest is muscle size, which is why tiny guys can often lift huge weights, but the tr…

Yeah, I have a piss poor attitude when it comes to redditors trying to push strength programs onto noobs that just want to look aesthetic as if everyone has the goal of maxing out numbers and anyone who has different goals is a heretic. I started with a pure bodybuilding routine and yet magically got stronger in every single lift I do. Would I have better 1RMs if I did pure powerlifting? Probably but I don't really give a fuck tbh

Nobody said bodybuilding forgets about progression. A good powerlifter program will look a lot like a good bodybuilding program. https://www.strongerbyscience.com/powerlifters-should-train-more-like-bodybuilders/

Lmfao show me a big bodybuilder who is also weak. Fucking please. Just because they don't train for 1RM doesn't mean they're weak. And bodybuilding routines get you stronger unlike what so many small faggots on reddit think.

When did I say anything about rep ranges? The only difference between strength and size is the amount of volume you train with and how much you eat

Hard times breed tough men. Think about the hardest thing you do as an American man. It ain't shit. You're not hunting food, fighting in wars (unless you sign up for it). Western man's life is getting a beta Bob cubicle job, eating junk food, and jacking off. There's no reason to be manly when everything's been handed to you. When there's no struggle, no conflict, and your dopamine receptors are constantly satiated and overloaded. Go to a 3rd world country. You'll see plenty of tough manly men b…

the hamster is strong with this one Nobody ever got weaker from having big arms. Plus big biceps actually help in stabilizing the eccentric part of bench press. Just because strong arms don't help in the 3 competition lifts doesn't mean they don't play a large role in other movements. Ever hear of dips, chin-ups, rows, etc? Get to your natty limit @ 10 percent body fat. In my experience, you got gym bunny type of girls who really fucking love muscle, and the rest of the women you meet aren't going to complain about it. This, pure alphas usually end up in prison, dead, or they won't give commitment. Women want a guy that is like 70 percent alpha and 30 percent beta. They want an alpha who is willing to give commitment and pass occasional comfort tests (showing beta side) while maintaining his alpha nature at all other times.

2x/week frequency Push Pull Legs is pretty much the most optimal routine you can do as a natural bodybuilder. Bro splits aren't optimal but they are good. Consistency is what matters. Some people like doing brosplits because they're more fun, and getting a hard pump from being able to slay each body part individually is addicting. THis is what keeps them coming back to the gym day after day, thus achieving consistency., thus achieving gains.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he looked like Jason Blaha. All those smug fuckers I've met that swears by strength training and touts SL/SS 5x5 like it's their fucking job has either looked DYEL or had that builtfat powerlifter look. Every aesthetic bodybuilder in my gym is on a brosplit or PPL or similar, and chase the pump. Guess which ones are slaying pussy and which ones are just chasing squat/DL/bench numbers?

This is broscience as fuck. Volume is the primary driver of hypertrophy. Studies always point to this. When you get bigger, you'll get stronger. Just not as strong as if you were doing a powerlifting routine for strength, because those routines focus on training neural efficiency. Myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic hypertrophy is utter broscience. The vast majority of bodybuilders have gotten huge off the 3x8-12 rep range with bro splits or 3 day splits, chasing the pump. It's proven and works. I hav…

Say what you will about the military, but this is probably the most important thing the Marine Corps infantry taught me. Being comfortable with uncomfortable conditions, denying yourself of pleasures/luxuries, learning to embrace pain as a method of self-improvement.

It all depends on how much discipline/willpower you have to endure the pain/uncomfort of doing so. I went from a 215lbs strongfat powerlifter to a cut/athletic 170lbs in boot camp. I went from 25-30% bf to 10-12% in 3 months. I will say though, that the faster you lose weight the more muscle you lose too. Make sure you eat still eat a lot of protein despite the caloric deficit (whey supplement is good for this) and workout the same amount. If you're fat as fuck, losing weight fast is the better …

Do a hypertrophy focused PPL, drop SL5x5, and most importantly have a disciplined diet. .8g protein per lb of bodyweight, and 500 calories above maintenance. Congrats, you found out the hard way that SL5x5 is garbage for aesthetics. What else did you think would happen by squatting every day?
