I work for a tiny tech company (12 people). I get a say in all hiring decisions and because of that we currently have zero women on the team. The atmosphere is of all guys together on a mission. I know bringing one or more women into the company would ruin that vibe.

Putting morality and obvious boundary setting issues aside for a moment, not being able to “help yourself” go through her messages seems like a catastrophic failure of frame - to yourself.
