How important is the physical beauty of your potential partner(husband/father of your children)? As in the reason we become sexually attracted to people is because subconsciously we want to reproduce with them because they have good genes to pass on to children. | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/09/18 03:14 PM
How important is the physical beauty of your potential partner(husband/father of your children)?I think genetic recombination is too powerful to get overly hung up on this. Look at the parents of really beautiful models, or even their siblings. Usually their families are pretty average looking. Extreme beauty is rare and to a great extent just luck. With that said I do think a huge amount of attraction (maybe even the vast majority of it) is based in wanting certain genes for one's offspring. This goes for beauty as well as intelligence, charisma, athleticism, etc. | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/09/18 03:08 PM
How do I excuse myself from a process I don't want to be a part of?Anger and aggressive feelings crop up when we feel our boundaries are being violated. Since you're here you're probably aware that you want your husband to take the lead and be decisive, and his unwillingness to do so is understandably upsetting. I would just tell him that it is his decision to make and you trust that he will make a good choice because he's a smart responsible guy, and you're excusing yourself from the process. It's his car, and there is such a thing as too many cooks in the kit… | /r/RedPillWives | 29/08/18 07:23 PM
Engaged and panickingIt definitely sounds like you made the right decision in leaving. I have to say that I don't see my fiance as being duplicitous or lazy at all, and if he were I would feel confident in simply leaving. He is hard working and honest, if quite passive or unsure in some areas of life. But nonetheless it is good to hear that if leaving is necessary there is light on the other side. It's true that I can't be responsible for developing him. To do so would only deepen the sense that I am leading or that… | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/08/18 02:53 PM
Engaged and panickingLet me start by saying I'm strongly inclined to think along the same lines as you and I appreciate you taking the time to reply. I have long believed that people overrate notions of compatibility and the importance of "feelings" and that's why I haven't simply zipped out the door. There have been doubts over our compatibility throughout the entire life of the relationship, but something inside me said that it was right and that we could work through it. The optimistic part of me says that was be… | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/08/18 01:56 PM

Engaged but feeling some doubts... is this the hamster in action or something else?I'm still very interested in what you have to say, but don't feel obligated of course | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/08/18 09:22 PM

Engaged but feeling some doubts... is this the hamster in action or something else? How does one distinguish between "lack of butterflies" and "lack of strong physical attraction"? I'm in an extremely similar situation as OP but there could be some critical nuanced differences. I know that a lot of "beta"-ness on his part, and me taking the initiative in the relationship etc. has probably fueled a lack of raw desire for him (my desire for him is generally out of love for him rather than my own sexuality). I definitely feel like my love for him is often very nurture/maternal in … | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/08/18 09:50 PM
