You're as superfluous as this pseudopsychology.

You sound like a normal human being to me. In the real world no one would see you as a beta male. Beta males are codependent males, that's my conclusion. But instead of calling them codependents, they call him a beta male. You don't sound codependent to me. Alpha males are men with high narcissism, they call it alpha male, but narcissism is the name.

You need to communicate this to her. When she talks about him again, ask, "sorry if I sound evasive, but do you still have feelings for him?" If the answer is yes, if she is still attached to him, I wouldn't be surprised if she becomes emotionally unavailable to you, maybe. But maybe she is still attached but trying to let go, I don't know. There possibility of infinite answers to this. When I first met my current partner, I was in a depression phase about my ex. I didn't promise. Although I think a healthy relationship is about being in good times and bad, even if he was never there. Exactly the same thing he did to another girl when our relationship was ending.

Because in those days, he was trying to get away and I tried to help him. But there came a point where I worried and tried to talk about it, which he totally denied and treated me with a lot of hostility, I don't deserve this and so I ended the relationship. The next day we talked and he pointed out my misbehavior but made no apol…

Sorry, I don't understand, could you explain better? He's believed in this theory since 2015, after a failed relationship, I think. We met in 2020. He already had red pill ideas, although I didn't know what that was until the relationship ended. Why did it sound like I neglected him? So the treatment I received is deserved? I'm curious to understand your point of view.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
