1	Quarantine sucks, but it is the golden opportunity for inner game Started punching the air when I read this, you are 100% spot on. Over the past year went from a 33" waist to 28" (12kg of fat?). Had to get replacements for those now baggy clothes and deep dived on new clothing styles (my stuff actually works together). Found out a lot about nutrition along the way. No longer put crap into my body (ok except for dark chocolate). Got into skincare, hand care, fragrance, facial and hair styles that actually suit me.
