She knows I think she looks nice, but she needs to hear it. Not sure why women operate this way, maybe it's a reinforcement letting them know you still want to be with them or something. Women can be fickle emotional creatures, that change their state more than the date. They want to hear it because if isn't true in the now, it isn't true.

Same reason behind the saying "All Women Are Like That". Its not factual or may not be accurate from what you can tell. She may be different and just split entirely. Its better to be prepared and it not happen than be unprepared for when it does happen. The 80% 20% rule is a concept that didn't start here, I first heard it in business terms that "20% of your customers will bring you 80% of your wealth". It is a trend that people try to apply to other parts of their life, and if we apply it to the idea used here (Hypergamy I think is what it is called when women go for men with high Sexual Market Value?), it would state that "80% of women will go for the top 20% of men in terms of perceived SMV."
