Lifting isn’t an alpha trait. It’s something to increase other attributes that you would consider “alpha” You’re asking the wrong question, does this guy prioritize his purpose? Does he exclusively hang out with only women or do more women flock to him than males. If he is a leader than most likely he carries a lot of dominant attributes. Next thing is why do you care? Is he a template for yourself or are you an admirer?
