If you make eye contact, hold it for as long as you can. Ideally until she averts gaze. Don't stare her down, try smiling, winking, making a face, etc. Then, if you like her, go talk to her. At that point there should be an mutual understanding that you like each other. Figuring out what to do next will be a team effort.

When faced with a scenario of Do or Do Not, always choose to do unless you feel it is degrading to your identity or character. Become a yes woman and try things. Make the stories of your life that you can tell and use to relate to guys. Male/female relationships are borne largely around the activities of doing. Guys like girls that do things, girls like guys that get them out to do things. Join a meetup group that revolves around something your interested in. If you're not interested in any meet…

I got to about 15 weddings a year because of my job. They can be such goldmines, or not. When you arrive, before the ceremony, talk to everyone. You need to lay the groundwork and start to establish rapport and familiarity. Doing this early is important. Not much will happen during the ceremony. You may be able to scout the room, look for rings on the bridesmaids, etc "You may kiss the bride" cue enthusiastic cheering and congratulations. (Don't forget you're there for the bride and groom). Next…

Social anxiety or not, it's mind over matter assuming you're not autistic, down, or another legitimately psychological syndrome. I don't think you are those things. practice on the street with people you have ZERO investment in. Go downtown and look at every man and woman that passes you as you walk. You'll find that every single one of them will divert eyes as you approach. With eye contact should go good posture which is basically ass in and chest out. Keep your face and eyes above horizon mea…

I have not SNL before. I turned down a chance once when a woman was hand down my pants saying "I want you to fuck me", but I was not the man then that I am today and turned her down. She basically hunted me down at a party though, there was very little game being done on my part. Visualization is something to remember though. In hindsight there were actions I could have taken that would have forced a higher risk/excitement choice for the women I hooked up with on this night.

Don't get drunk, or at least be the least drunk person in your group. Keep your wits and your goals about you. If you get drunk, you will be dismissed by women. That being said, partake in the liquid encouragement. It sounds like you have some body image issues. First of all, the one attractive characteristic in life you have 100% control over is your body. You can start today an in 3 months be transformed. Physical looks are a universal attracter, women don't have "types" when it comes to body …

I had a goal that was guiding my choice of actions. With the one HB that I madeout with at the park, I can see where my goal oriented fun turned into expectations and frustration. But I recovered with the next interaction. I sarge alone. Invariable I get the "where's your friends" question and I 50/50 say I'm here by my self, or that they ditched me to go hookup.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
