I'm fairly tall (a little over 6 ft) and have been working out at the gym for over two years minus several months of injury time. I only weigh 160. People complement me on my upper body all the time, but I'm still pretty "tall and lanky," just with a low body fat and a pretty visible upper body as a result. I only just started doing squats and deadlifts. Are there newbie gains to be made in my legs/back that will make me heavier and appear bigger?

If you've read Models by Mark Manson, he says history is (mostly) irrelevant to women, that they're swept up by whatever emotions you're giving them at the moment? Think Briffaults Law. Women aren't evil monsters, they're human. You also just might be reading too much into it; hold frame and be alpha, otherwise you're going to get trapped in all the bullshit

this is starting to get a little ridiculous. Pretty soon "GLO" will be able to start charging you guys a fee for sucking his dick. Anyone who's taken TRP could conjure up something like this (extremely predictable shitpost) and start selling the psychology behind some random shit.
