Some people are able to function off low carbs. I for one am not one of those people. I did low carb <50g a day for 2 weeks, and I felt like complete dog shit. I average around 160-170g of carbs a day now, and I feel fantastic. The only time I consider doing low carb is to cut water to look better temporarily.
