Whatever works for you, but in my humble opinion, it is better to just accept the current situation of lacking a confidence and self esteem and then pick some activities like gym, networking or being really into some topic you like to feel more confident. A happy person will not go to a mirror and say that i am happy, but unhappy person will go and say in the mirror and lie to himself/herself rather than accepting the current situation. Imo teasing is meant when you can tell that a girl is at least interested in you. If someone about whom i don't give a fuck said some shit about me i wouldn't care, but if someone who i respect or value would say something it would have a greater impact on me. Why else would she give a fuck about your opinion until she gives a fuck about you?

I don't record anything because I don't know how to set it up secretly. With some case or something I could set it up but i am doing it for myself so i don't care about it being recorded that much. Filming it secretly is the easiest part that you can do always later, what matters is if you overcome yourself.

Wassup, I posted a similar topic a few weeks ago since then i have started rejection therapy. Everyday i go to strangers and ask shit like can i borrow 100$ or can we switch phones etc when i know i will be rejected. This has definetly helped me and i feel a lot, a lot more comfortable. I sadly can not even tell specific reason for it, i have thought about approaching a stranger in a public when i have a chance for some time, but then there comes anxiety. Simple anxiety without any thoughts like i am too tall or too short or i am not muscular enough or i am not happy with myself. An anxiety and no thoughts in the head not even about the possible rejection. That's just how i feel bro, like without a conscious reason.
