I make more than most guys that I date and I usually try not to let on to how much I make. It is more than other people my age though. The only thing I mention about my finances is that I own a condo that I rent out to a family member. From there they can assume I am financially stable.

Good question. I was almost taken back by him agreeing to split, since I can't recall another time that someone did. I didn't hold it against him really. He was a little wishy-washy in accepting though, like maybe he was taken back that I even offered.
