2	How pickup is like improv: An improvisers perspective on seduction. I'm learning how to be a positive high status individual both on sand off the stage. That's why when I have the status game I hold a specific body language of that character for 3 minutes then go. It helps getting me into the mindset. I agree that high status people can flex between high and low status leading and owning their decisions. But like picking a number I believe anyone can become a high status it just takes practice, and having a bit of fun taking risks.	/r/seduction	13/08/14 03:49 PM

The status games I've played revolved around either endowing others with a specific trait or having hidden statuses such as pecking orders. Where players endow themselves with a number of 1 to 3. 1 being high status and 3 being low status. 3	How pickup is like improv: An improvisers perspective on seduction. I can definitely relate to this. My initial reason for joining improv was that I wanted to be able to talk to people. I was a major introvert in high school with major anxiety issues and I didn't start doing improv till my first year in university. Before improv I had a massive fear speaking in public, to people and even making decisions. Improv pretty much became immersive therapy to me. Gently swaying side to side till she rested her head against my shoulder. Then I whispered that I made a promise to her that I would take her dancing and how I intend to keep it. Yeah man anxiety does play a key role when you put yourself in a vulnerable position whether your on stage or approaching a girl your putting a decision/intention out there that makes you vulnerable. The one thing that helps a lot is making a set of personal,business, and relationship values. Which help guide in my decisions, intentions and actions. And trust me many people love that skill a lot. They may not say it but the gratitude is there. But to get to your question if you feel like a conversation is dying or your getting bored. 2	Im getting 'teased' for trying to learn? In the immortal words of Dr. Suess "Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind." It's your life to live and if pick up makes you happy. Keep it up just make sure your not doing it for the validation of others. Personally I see pick/seduction as a tool of communication and a way to give value to others. While finding beautiful, confident and high status women that make me happy.
