Perspective is off. You are taking the opinions (presumably first impressions as well) of a stranger over your own. Unless you have bad self esteem then that's also a problem. I would use foundation mostly on the chin to hide beard stubble and lots of mascara. You can't have enough mascara. Also try shaving your eyebrows and drawing them back on with a sharpie. For peacocking, make the eyebrows squiggly lines and add a curly mustache.

Yea I felt that way at first, like the fear was all in my head. Then I got some girls that were so fucking rude I couldn't believe what I heard. Just coming up and saying "hi" sometimes got me verbally attacked in the nastiest and lowest way possible. Some women out there are so self-centered and spoiled and have no idea what it feels like to be mistreated so they have zero hesitation to be unmercifully nasty. Sadly, its illegal to punch them in the ovaries. Beware.
