What is this virtue signalling you're doing here. Yes, this is how reddit works - the wisdom of the crowds. Most recently, the crowds have not been so wise and a lot of low-quality content has been upvoted. You sound butthurt. Just when I thought the quality of your posts was getting better, you come up with wall of text that brings no value to the community. I'd always thought people take supplements, specifically protein, is that it's just easier to get the protein requirements. Then again if your diet, and when I say diet I mean whole foods, isn't on point, supplements are just a waste of money as you stated.

True, however too much self contemplation may lead to overthinking. At least that's the case with me. With self contemplation, you're really contemplating what needs to be done, but you're actually procrastinating it in the very act of self contemplation. Occasional introspection on the other hand, in my opinion, is good.
