Yeahhhhh im black even i feel bad for yall sometimes. Keep your head up tho, don't let the haters win bro. I can especially feel how treating painting an entire race with one brush is ridiculous. I treat all races with human decency thats how the world should work.

Thanks for responding. I definitely ignore most of what I hear on the internet. This is more about in person interactions. Maybe hate was too strong a word and definitely presumptive. Resentment now thats a word, and probably more in line with what im getting from others.

Thanks for the response. I wasn't really talking about online interactions in reference to feeling hated. Mostly in person interactions. I'm totally fine with indifference but it feels like people just don't want me around but I agree it might be good to examine my perceptions. Also im a leftist. All my friends and family are leftists. Its definitely not indifference I'm feeling its outright hate. Which comes from pain and consequences of being abused which is why I'm not mad about it. I don't want to assume anything about anyone else but, there is nothing like realizing that you've been lied to your entire life. Definitely worldview changing. For some its good for some its bad. Thanks for the response

Sorry you feel that way man. I had a dad that didn't particularly care for me either. I guess all we can do is try to be better than they were right

Thanks for the help and insight. For clarity I just got here. This is literally my first time viewing or posting in a mens rights reddit. Most of these feelings comes from female friends or family members. I also work with mostly women I hear see and feel misandry on a daily basis usually im able to let it go but its getting harder. This is great advise tho so far the people who have responded are giving me great affirmations. I just gotta focus on me as much as possible.

Thanks this helped! I think I was really struggling with always needing to be the "bigger person" but im realizing that's just part of being a man. That's really our struggle I guess.

Yes I see that, i try to do that all the time. Especially giving grace to people who have been hurt by others. But its hard to let go when people ignore my individuality

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
