Exactly. With the way some of them describe it three sets on the bench turn you into Arnold. I wish it was that fucking easy.

Brutal ratio? In China maybe but in a lot of other countries its close to even or favoring men. At birth men outnumber women but by adulthood it seems to even out. Plus think of the much larger proportion of men in prison, homeless, etc. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_sex_ratio

4 is only below average because of the old man glasses and shit eating grin. I don't think many people could pull that off well regardless of how attractive they are.

False belief: females regard looks as equally significant as males do If women do not find a male attractive, he is simply not offering enough genetic value. Contradiction in terms? If women DON'T see looks as important, then how can the second statement be true?

Yeah, but half of her photos are like that. Maybe if she scraped off some of the ridiculous makeup I'd be more attracted. Her base facial structure, shape, etc aren't terrible but at least to me she ruins it by running around as a half-assed Japanese ganguro chick. I think that previously attractive women can ruin themselves by their actions. Weight, smoking, tryhard makeup don't do it for me. That's my preference. One of the OKTrends blogs pointed out that people unconsciously employ mating str…

How else do you propose to lose your virginity? Prostitutes? FWIW it worked just fine for me and I didn't lose it till my mid 20s

So why don't we all walk around in jorts and holey t-shirts? After all, all you need to be is confident. Do you see the problem with this line of reasoning? Confidence can be a great equalizer but when you're competing with someone with equally strong game that has advantages in other areas as well you're going to lose every time. I can't say that every man should take up the Mystery/Johnny Depp eyeliner routine, but like it or not people are going to judge you on your appearance - it's a realit…

Intelligence itself is neutral when it comes to attraction. It can be utilized to gain attractiveness, but a hamplanet is never going to give me a boner no matter how many degrees she has.

Not denying it may work BETTER for legitimate extremely attractive men but there is absolutely no reason to not have this play in your toolbox no matter where your SMV is. Let's face it, if you crash and burn employing this strategy, nothing else would have worked anyhow

I don't doubt that but it's more important to focus on what you can control, not what you can't. I was born into near poverty with no connections whatsoever. Those schools were closed to me almost from birth, so I improvised. Money has severely diminishing returns on how much joy it brings you after a certain point anyhow. The quality of life increase from 50 to 100k is far bigger than 100k to 150k, for example, and high incomes are available to anyone truly devoted enough to achieve them. The h…

The only thing that's stopped me on this is the fact that I've been rear ended twice in two years, sitting at a complete dead stop by irresponsible fuckheads that shouldn't have been on the road. Both times it was several thousands worth of damage (thank god for insurance) One of those times it was an old lady on a cell phone. Had I been on a bike I would have been splattered both times. Don't want to spread FUD on whether people should get a bike but carefully consider the quality of the driver…

But there are other legit marriage quality men who are not signing up. It comes down to "what do men get out of marriage/relationships" compared to "what do men have to contribute towards marriage/relationships" As men have to risk and contribute more and more, and benefit less and less from marriage, men with options will continue to drop out in spades. Would I get married if I received benefit proportionate to my contribution? Absolutely. Is the juice currently worth the squeeze? Fuck no.

the glorious life of becoming a cubicle drone wearing a white shirt ... and then at the end of they day all you've accomplished was filling out some numbered forms with $$$ on them that remind you that you pass along other people's money in a day that you could ever make in 4 years. At least in industry you are building, creating, and on the job problem solving. The baby did not make a conscious decision to shit its diaper. The woman tried to get out of the job she was assigned instead of learning and working to do better next time. Women may not always be rational or logical but they know better than fucking infants.

Since I red pilled I began looking it at the other way. When I see sex appeal used I immediately begin questioning things a lot harder. I'm in a position of authority at work and I at times need to write up for incompetence/laziness, but depending on the situation I always have the ability to let things slide (sort of like a cop giving a warning versus a ticket.) Once or twice I've had female workers try to slip out of it with obvious flirting - at which point I came down on them as hard as I po…

It's one of many paths. Someone wiser than me commented here that money is life's graphics card - the more you have, the better you're able to render the world you want to be in. Career's not the only path to money, but it's certainly a viable one. You can do the small business route (of which some are quite successful but many also tank) or the self employed route (which may give you more time and freedom but frequently less money as well.)

I knew this would get brought up. IMO, AWALT insofar in that all women have the same base, dishonorable, hypergamous desires. however, NAWALT insofar that not all women will choose to act on them and this varies between woman to woman. Nothing is ever as simple as all or nothing.

I feel that this is an urge all women have but it's a fallacy to assume they will all act on it. Women do not automatically flock to a higher status man like iron filings to a magnet if they are already attached though this is a caricature that TRP likes to push. Each woman has the ability to hold back and they will do so to varying degrees, though I am sure that some will not do so at all. This is where selecting for character in an LTR becomes most important, as well as never putting yourself …

I'm 30 and with my BS I make well above the median for all ages with an MS. Getting the MS would incur tens of thousands of debt with no real guaranteed return. Until you know for a fact that there is absolutely no advancement without that slip of paper you're better off finding more cost effective ways to boost your salary. Need to factor in not only the cost of the education but the opportunity cost of not saving and investing during that time.
/r/TheRedPill05/08/13 01:36 PM

Thank you for posting this. TRP has tremendous issues with finding balance in general to the point where it's creating caricatures and passing them off as immutable fact. Be like water.

Preselection is the most powerful social force in existence. No matter how pussy-repellent your hobby might be, get a cute girl to do it next to you and enjoying herself and watch pretty much all shaming from women and men disappear into the wind.

Not sure I follow though. The strategy is to secure a hot man. If one fails to notice her that is actually a big problem. Beta pedestalization is a side benefit not the primary goal.

If you're entire metric of summarizing your value in life is (in whatever manner and via whatever mechanism: game PUA, etc) still tied to obtaining access to pussy... then you are STILL being manipulated (no matter how much you THINK you are in control). Barbarossaaaa (prominent red pill/MGTOW commenter on youtube) said something like this and it was a big step on my journey to blue pill -> PUA -> red pill. As a being capable of higher thought I am aware of the fact that I am driven by basic primal urges and yet self aware enough that I am not enslaved by them as you appear to be. When I am gone I am not going to give two shits about what my genes thought of me.

Ideal how? For the woman? What exactly does the man get by dating someone of lower SMV than himself, when relationships and marriage are completely stacked to benefit the woman at the expense of the man? I feel nothing for middling women especially when I've devoted so much time and effort to self improvement and they haven't.

Shades of grey. I see the same tropes being pushed in so many threads, and I agree with you. you have to work out You certainly don't HAVE to work out, but what you bring to the table in raw sex appeal is what you'll get in return. I tell women the same thing. women with more than 5 partners or over 23 are a waste if time Youth is preferable, all other things being equal but to suggest the wall is as low as 23 is inane. A well maintained women can stave off the wall for some time. Not as much as…

Come on dude. You feel nothing for anyone less than like a 9.5? I know the market is rough but it's not anywhere near that bad in reality. This sounds fine on its surface but it's really just male hamstering. Your age does matter. Looks do matter. Not as much as a woman's looks matter to us but they are considered. Men have a wall just as women do, but it's a completely different type of wall. The wall for women's is the sudden loss of attractiveness from the drop in fertility. The wall for men is more like stones being placed on your chest, one after the other as time goes on until the strain grows greater and greater and greater.…

On a somewhat related note, if you're interested in dating younger women, would plastic surgery be an option in making yourself look younger.. whatever it takes, right? I'm only 30 but I have not ruled it out as I get older. I imagine with proper "age management" (surgery, exercise, nutrition) it's possible to keep it going.

"Low investment costs" She is making a crippling mistake in assuming hooking up is low cost to her. The higher her N goes the less appeal she has towards commitment minded men. The more she sleeps around the less she will be able to bond. Of course, feminists won't tell her that.

So don't make it easy for them. Menstrual cycle tracking (if she isn't fucking you at certain times of the month be wary) DNA tests, strong relationship hand, etc are all tools available to the ugly rich man.

While it is true that hypergamy is present in all women you are making a huge mistake by assuming that every single woman everywhere is going to ruthlessly pursue the instinct through any means necessary. Believe it or not women do like security and are not all preprogrammed to lay it on the line for alpha cock. Actions have consequences and women do get caught pulling shit like this and losing the benefits as a result.

Women will just have to adapt to market conditions or perish, same as men have done since antiquity [hypergamy]. If men are choosing porn over women currently, that doesn't necessarily mean they WANT porn, but rather the effort:reward ratio makes porn a more appealing choice - and that isn't the porn's fault.
