2	Don't take steroids as a quick fix. I’ll be in the opposite camp. I did a few cycles and if you’re educated about it (with regular testing), the outcomes was pretty decent. I ran my fastest mile time on it. I also got laid a ton, in part due to the increase confidence from extra test. I used to follow More Plates More Dates and did an entire workout era. Imagine if we could just simply ask the person if they sex like "hey we should have sex sometime?" instead, we play these games and make it complicated It’s super risky for women.
