That's interesting. Do you think it has something to do with the mindset of "I can't sink much deeper anyway, so why not..."? I've definitely experienced this myself, but I can't recall that it was very pleasant, I was still scared of taking the risk but felt forced to do something, and that made me appear less smooth and more nervous. I guess pushing yourself isn't really a bad thing though. But yeah I could see how this would work! I think really the key sentence for me is "don't identify". If…

I think meditation could be the best way to solve your problem. I've become very outspoken after starting. Before I was very quiet like you, keeping shit to myself.
