I'm not very experienced in what is called the game, and have only lurked here for a little while. Yet, I still know some truths that are really important to know, and I'd love a discussion on it.

This is from my own experience, but my intuition tells me that it applies to absolutely every human out there. If you want to succeed socially, in relationships, in pickup, with other people in general, or really anything - you have to develop a foundation or 'safety net' that will make you a fearless person. And that is simply being happy on your own or being happy with whatever circumstance you'll find yourself in at any moment, and also liking yourself no matter what you do. I've experienced this again and again; whenever I am content with myself, or just happy without needing anything, I'll be much more likely to take risks in life, and the happier I am on my own, and without the need of approval from other people, the more risks I'll take. I think meditation is an excellent method of getting at creating this foundation of happiness, because it teaches you to accept whatever is, even if what is happening is concidered a bad thing, like being rejected etc. And then you got nothing to lose, and you're not in the constant mindset of winning/losing. There's defnitely other way's also, like making new hobbies, becoming better at something(anything), etc, but imo meditation is the best because it creates the foundation that nothing external in this world can really touch.
