If I was you I would concentrate the efforts on girls that show interest instead.

Indeed. This is why working on oneself is so important. I wish I understood these rules before, instead of being miserable in my 20s.

Very good post, very true conclusions. I would also add that men's qualities tend to increase with age/experience whereas women's tend to deteriorate, because if a pretty woman reaches the age of 30 she and always only relied on her looks, she's going to experience a rude awakening, trying to secure a partner capable of fathering her eventual children that is 'in her league' (good looking, not violent, well off, caring).

Girls don't want to lead in these matters and yes, you have to figure it out yourself, unless you met an older woman (30+), who will be more than happy to teach you.

If you socialized with people with similar interests, e.g. music (or other subjects), it would be easy to have conversations.

You have to have opportunities to meet many girls and interact (school, university, disco clubs, bars, pop festivals, dance courses). Then you can practice all these wonderful techniques.

There is never a straight answer. Girls have their own personality, desires, strengths & weaknesses (as expected), so what could work with that particular individual might not work with another. All you can do is try. Don't invest emotionally , otherwise rejection might hurt you, it's a number game and the odds are not in your favor, unfortunately.

I am in my 50s and I passed through phases in which I achieved something and felt like "being enough" and phases in which I felt inadequate and being "not enough". I came to the realisation that I am average in most of my deeds and qualities, which is by definition neither good not bad and I will never become a "star" in any endeavor. Having said that, there is never time for complacency, because life is unpredictable and throws small and big challenges at me all the time and maintaining this "m…

You have to have some degree of trust built. Touch her forearm or hand (gently, not sexually): if she reciprocates, it's a green light, if not and she typically retracts, red light - no go zone. She might even say "I like you but I prefer us to be friends ...". Most likely it's time to move on.

Escalation is a subtle art. You must be suave and not brash or creepy. You must feel if there is enough chemistry to start the 'kino' and this is learnt by trial and error. They generally encourage it, though, if they like you. One last word: don't flirt at work, it can put your job at risk (e.g. if the escalation goes wrong).

If you accept the advice from a 50+, I became instantly more attractive as I graduated and then got a job. I also joined a gym and got in shape quickly, which helped. The message is: better yourself incessantly (for you, not for the girls), the reward will come, as a byproduct.

In a negotiation, the winner is the one who needs the other less. I am not familiar with the "romantic" use of apps but I am under the impression that, on these media, the cards are stacked way in the girl's favor. Real life could be very different, because high value men are scarce and if, by the age of 26-28, they haven't been courted by one, they become quickly desperate.
/r/seduction19/04/20 09:56 AM

From your description sounds like snake oil. Here's a simple advice, if you want to be "chased": become more attractive. How? The way that suits you, not any other guy.

Nah, she is spoilt with choice (that's the way it is) plus they love to feel desired. The table turns towards the age of 30. You will see.

She probably has 100 other orbiters. There is a woman I was in love with as a youth. Now we are both in our 50s, I am married, she isn't. She still chats with me on messenger, occasionally pops up once every 2 months and in the middle of a 15 to 30 min conversation, just disappears leaving me on read. I think she just wants validation, like most of them. As soon as she realizes that every time she sends a message I respond, she has her token and leaves. When I was a lad she drove me mad, now I d…

Difficult to say. I have no idea about that girl as a person, so I can address the topic only on general terms. The direct approach worked for me only once, but it worked. My experience is that an indirect hint should be preferable but you have to observe her reaction. If she escalates the conversation towards the right end (sex) then all you have to do is avoid making mistakes.

If a girl is pierced, she is going like your piercings. You will have something in common straight away and this might be a smart move. Among the non-pierced population, one part will be neutral and rest will dislike your piercings. It's simple (the relative proportion is a matter for sociologists). You can't control other people's feelings and thoughts but you can control your piercings (whether to have them or not).

Go to a suitable place (a bar, a club) and make your mistakes. Have you ever seen documentaries of birds performing mating dance? It's what we call 'game', but it's the human way. If you approach, you have made the opening move. Does she reciprocate? Yes? Next move, and so on, until you make the wrong move, she breaks the courtship ritual and you have to look for another one. After a series of failed attempts, you will learn how to play and succeed.
/r/seduction01/04/20 09:59 PM

If it is a nice day, say "what a lovely day" (with a smile), if it's raining say "what a lovely day" (sarcastically). If she replies something that invites you to continue into a conversation, go on, if she nods and speedwalks away, you had your answer.
/r/seduction26/03/20 08:31 PM

Be friendly and polite as appropriate but stop all these goofy escalation attempts. If she wanted you she wouldn't say "I think it's not a good idea ...", she would say "not here, let's go for a walk" and then she would lead you to a safer place for you to escalate as much as you want. You are being friendzoned. Start treating her just as you would treat a male friend, no need to be nasty but, if she tries the known trickery, tell her "I think it's not a good idea ..." and next.

She wants to be dominated by an alpha male. Some women like to be abused and a minority are more extreme in that attitude but the majority of them will sleep with the 'macho' whilst pretending to like the nice men. This is because in the pre-historic times the most ruthless, brutal, risk taking hunter-gatherer had the best chances of survival. This mating choice has worked well for hundreds of thousands of years, too bad that in the last 10000 years we discovered agriculture and 'civilisation'.

It is the nicotine that makes you nervous, then you smoke, it kicks in into your body and you feel calm. If you didn't smoke you probably would feel much less anxious. IMO the 'be yourself' predicament i misleading. I would advise 'don't force yourself into being somebody else'. A fake persona will be detected in no time by the specialized scanners that women possess. This is what the sh*t tests are all about. It's true that some dudes manage to act to their script and succeed into hacking the scanners' firmware (PUA's?), but there must be a strong desire on the other side. Yes, I believe it's called hybristophilia (similar to the Stockholm syndrome): they fall in love with the bad guys. In Hollywood movies (blue pilled to the extreme) the villain is always surrounded by sluts. Contrary to reality, the good guy in films slains the villain and ends up loaded himself. In reality (red pilled) villains get dispatched eventually only by even bigger villains.

How do you handle jokes and humor? Do you tell jokes that make your friends / family members laugh, or do you laugh when watching comedies / comedians? You need to have some sense of humour to make the other person interested and willing to keep interacting. Think of yourself in a situation where there is a girl ... e.g. you are both waiting for the bus and it's raining ... what would you say that is somehow funny? What I always say, learn to read the body language. Plenty of videos on YouTube. If a girl is flirting, she will signal it. Then, if you want, you can reciprocate. If she's not giving these positive signals, the interaction is purely social, professional, casual, etc and you shouldn't put any "romantic" expectations into it, nor, worse of all, try to force an awkward attempt of seduction.

Everything fits in place ... my personal experience is that those men who succeed with women seem to be governed by emotions, just like women are. In reality they carefully plot their responses according to what their public wants to hear and master the art of push-pull. It's like a cold shower straight out of bed in the morning. It sucks. After a short while you don't mind it any more. I did kung-fu and tai-chi for many years and I agree totally. A martial art is a mix of combat skills but also an art (think of a type of ballet) and it has to have the artistic elements. In this sense the use of weapons like the sabre, or the stick is very beneficial, to improve the precision and elegance of the movement. It's like playing an instrument. Some disciplines are more sports than martial arts an only focus on the fight element. In my opinion these are a poorer choice.

You can't afford to be afraid of talking to women: you have to get desensitized to the rejection pain (it's a bit like a dive in a cold sea). Trial & error. It won't take long, but beware: the pain is nothing to be feared of, only if you approach and game complete strangers. Avoid at all costs friends's gf's, colleagues, clients, schoolmates and anybody who can affect your life negatively (e.g. accuse you of harassment or similar, ridicule you in front of mates, etc). Clubs and dating apps could…

Evolutionary psichology: they could not compete physically against men so they perfected cunning mental strategies. Men were busy hunting, they were left gathering berries and sitting in a cave among themselves to look after the offspring. They developed the art of bitching, weaving complex networks and alliances to benefit themselves and their children, most of which from the alpha chief, anyway: if that was not the case a hierarchy would have been clear. I think that TRP is a view of how the intersexual relationships work. MGTOW is, after having adopted the principles ot TRP, a radical choice of a lifepath. PUA is a choice, not sure if 100% conscious consequent to TRP, I would say it is polar opposite to INCEL. Couldn't we say that all these entities are part of the "manosphere"?

I was miserable at your age, I am not surprised. Problem is that the self bashing routine prevents us from taking risks and working on our future. What the "I am no good", "I am a failure" little internal voices really mean is "I don't want to make an effort", "I am afraid of suffering". Unfortunately if one is not gifted with a sexy appearance and inherited money, hard work and suffering are unavoidable. If what you doing is not working, you have to try a different route

The Catholic Church imposed the celibacy of the clergy in the second Lateran Council held in 1139, when a rule was approved forbidding priests to marry. In 1563, the Council of Trento confirmed it. The Orthodox Church, which adheres to the original rules, allows the priests to marry. I think that all the Protestant Churches also allow their Ministers to marry. Monks and nuns don't marry but the priests are a different story. Strictly speaking, they are bound to celibacy, not chastity (as the mon…

It's normal to have insecurities. Unless you had a crystal ball, any choice entails risks and things can go wrong. Just accept it, it's a fact of life. What's not manly, contrary to the blue pill dogmas, is to blurt these insecurities out everywhere. We are supposed to sort our problems out by ourselves: think logically and then act. In my past (as I am slightly older, just), I commuted a lot by train. Fantastic opportunity to chat to people: most people are willing to interact because they are bored. Nowadays with the smartphones it's all different. You have to learn to read the body language. Women give green light signals (Indicators of Interest, IoI) but mostly covert, mostly ambiguous. This is to lure you into their frame. Plenty of YouTube videos on the matter. Typical scenario, she'll look at you from a 45° angle and look away. Next you look directly in her eyes. I would add the fear of rejection. Being rejected by a girl you are indifferent to doesn't hurt as much as being rejected by a girl that you like, even worse if you fell in love with her (oneitis, friendzone and all these nightmares). Indeed. Sex beared so much more investment on their part (before the contraception). Everything in nature is for a reason. This is why we have 10 / 100 times the testosterone levels in our bloodstream compared to women and we have million times more sperms than they have eggs. Nature wants us to compete for reproduction (eventually even lethally) so they can pick the winner, in order to improve the species and optimize the chances of passing their genes (hypergamy, 20/80, af/bb, etc ). Society h…

You don't know until YOU try. I think that it's a totally individual experience. If game is natural & easy for you you will see results, if not maybe you need to improve your SMV or perhaps more trial & error on the game part will do the trick. Does not mean that the same approach would work for me, if it makes any sense.

If you have a clear picture of what you want, it's dead simple (I did not say easy): lay out a plan. Imagine that your better self is a house, you need to clear the land, do the earthwork, lay the foundations, raise the structure, ... etc, etc ..., decide the fittings and decorations. There seem to be holes to be filled and rocks and bushes to be removed at the moment (first: clean the land). This is why you find it difficult to lay the foundations. Pussy will arrive when the house is built and …

Impatience and fear are normal. So are insecurity, anger and all the feelings that we want to dominate or eradicate. I came to the conclusion that it won't work. If I am fearful / angry or whatever, my best take is to recognize the feeling before it overpowers me. The difficulty is that the lizard brain is faster than the rational brain, especially when I am stressed, tired or I had a bad day. We have to react slowly: 99% of situations in our life are not life threatening and don't require a fig…

If you are promiscuous, you can't stop her from being promiscuous. Are you jealous because her plate is a colleague? I would stop sleeping with her, because mixing work with private life (in particular sex) is unhealthy. All sorts of nasty things can happen. If you want to be still friends with her, it's up to you, but beware that things can easily go out of control. If she realized that she triggered a feeling in you, she will 100% try to use it to manipulate both you and the colleague and wome…

Often the fastest track to higher ranks is sales. Companies reward successful salesmen. Another step upwards is managing people. Good people managers are vital. These two are the skills that will make you progress. R&D, technical roles and operations are necessary but often less recognised and less rewarded.

It's like paying a monthly fee to have the privilege to go to the cinema whenever you want to watch the same movie over and over again. So the whole thing is put together to shame and publicly shame men who are not married at the age of 30 years old? How long has this public trial (reminds me of the "cultural revolution" in 1960's China) been a tradition for? In which country does it happen?

I agree; it's all coming directly from our 40,000 years of hunting and gathering. The biggest and baddest caveman became the head of the clan (the alpha) and had access to the women. Very likely the betas could only hope to mate with post wall alpha's leftovers (Rollo's alpha widows). Life was cheap, short and violent and men were expendable.

Work colleagues should be considered as 'people', any flirting or sexual innuendos strictly avoided. Any other behaviour, including being rude to stop the alleged unwanted attention of a female colleague, can cost you dearly. Best be polite and professional only and stop overthinking about her.

If you're determined to go along that path (getting married and having children), be prepared: you have to be the captain of the ship. Your wife will be the second in command and the responsibilities have to be clear, shared and acted upon. Your (and your wife's) happiness will become secondary to your children's. The conun…

Two employees in a company (M and F) had an argument, during a coffee break. They worked together in the same office (accounts) for years. There were two witnesses, two ladies from the same office. The woman reported a sexual harassment claim to HR. They do it by instinct. Some girls switch onto flirty mode as soon as there is a man around and other women to compete with for the other gender's attention. This doesn't mean that you will sleep with them. They do it automatically. It's a blow to one's ego and self esteem. It's like being discarded for not being good enough. Of course it hurts. It's normal. The therapy is to get rejected so many times that the brain gets used to this level of pain, until it becomes desensitized. Imagine getting up every morning and having a cold shower. The first 10 times it's horrible and the last thing you wanna do, then it becomes normal and it it does not kill you.

My twenties were the worst period of my life. Rejected, disappointed all the time. As soon as I got a job and money and started to gym everything changed for the better. Confidence comes with experience and experience = having gone through hardship, having made mistakes and suffered their consequences. Accept that some degree of suffering is part of life and the brain is there to find smart ways and workarounds to minimize the discomforts but there will be pain, inevitably.

You already know the signals ... the meaning is "I like you, let's flirt". These are the first steps of a mating dance. If you respond positively, there is a (remote) chance that mating might happen, if you know the steps, the tempo, the push-pull, etc. If you ignore the signals she might assume that you're not interested and move on. Simple. I am now old and looking back the signals I received hundreds of times and ignored make me kind of sad, but such is life. You can't take all the opportunit…

Forget about the gender. Helping friends and colleagues is a good deed, e.g on technical matters related to work or family stuff (I just did it yesterday, helping a friend with his removal). Advice is something different, imo: I find that people in the end tend to do whatever they want, anyway. It's also difficult to put yourself in their shoes, say "should I take this new job opportunity or not?" ... depends on the individual attitudes.
