It’s crazy like that too. You see, what the hell was that money going to. I have my kids full time now and get zero from their mom after years of me paying every month.

You got this. There’s a few groups here I used for venting. Good men in there. Honestly TikTok was helpful.

Takes a while not gunna lie. I was all up in these threads early on too. Lots of pain and hurt, but in the end I’ll never make the same mistake. Put yourself first. Get some therapy, try not to drink. Get laid, it helps. Actually one of the best advice was to get over it get under it. Not gunna work for everyone but did for me. When you prioritize yourself you’ll be better in all regards for the kids

Fuck putting other stuff infront. I put my ex in front of kids and work, same shit. You first, the rest follows. 5 years after, I’m better then ever, sober even

Who cares bro. They leave long before in their head before they leave. Best advice I got, get over it by getting under it. Go hire a smoke show for 2 hours and live some dreams. I hated the idea but brother, no joke it really helps. I know you likely love her still cause we loyal as shit us men. They aren’t. Go get yourself the hottest thing on Leo list hell get two. Enjoy your life cause you aren’t responsible for other peoples feelings but you need to k ow she’s fucking gone. Took me 2 years t…

Lol damn that sound fucking familiar. Karma is a bitch though and she is feeling it. We are in a good place now after two years and I’ve found my new life and still help her but she falls into abusive relationship cycles and know she regrets. I feel sorry for her but she made this happen. Sorry for her but looking forward to where I am

I had sex with my ex several times after she left. The reasons were we were both comfortable with each other, knew what each other wanted, and it was easier than randoms. It was actually the best sex we ever had because we were finally completely honest with each other, and got to take out some of aggression on each other during that. I though, do not recommend it because as much as you try, there is no separation of feelings with just sex with your ex-wife. Either for her or you something will …

I joined a baseball team. I eventually met my new partner there. But above all else, get over it by getting under it. Bag some sweet tail. Pay if you don’t want emotions. You pay so they leave. Love our some fantasies and you’ll be more interested in day to day hobbies. I know at first I couldn’t even think of that. Then one of my best friends charged me to sleep with 3 women in a week. Crap. Ok. Didn’t work at first. But I got there. It took away a lot of the anger and rage. I could think clear…

2 years later we get along well, I’ve met someone who fits me better and base line at 40 for sex is at least 25/month. Everyone seems happier

I started with her brutal honest. She’s watched me fuck others and I’m getting her to point she comfortable playing with others. It’s just play. But we communicate heavily daily. If there’s something off we talk about it and work it. Nothing like I’ve ever had because of how and when we started after 20 year marriage. Never doing that shit again. But yeah. She likes to wake me up with blows most days. Never so glad wife left. This so much better

This took a long time btw. And we’re poly enm. She’s cleanings my room for other women to come over. That was early and now she lives here now. Now we swing building or connections. I don’t recommend it unless you can be honest to the core. Many would leave. She didn’t. Now I trust her and she trusts me. And I get blown more then when I was 18 and much much more. Look at my profile you can see ;)

I didn’t. I showed her what I was and made her comfortable for the first time with men and sex. We fuck everyday and twice is a slow day. She honestly down for me and my pleasure bc I do the same for her so much. Just still strange. Always feel bad dropping in throat. Sry for the dirty. But true. I hated it felt so bad guilt gross. But she told me o do so much for her please accept this from me. Now I wake up many mornings to a warm mouth. Wild. Feel free to dm. This is just a tip of berg

I don’t know if this is how it is there but at least here spousal support is tax deductible where child support is not. My special support was supposed to be half of what my child support was going to be if they lived with her. I was able to negotiate well and now I pay only child support and no ss But it doesn’t do anything against my taxes

In four months after the split up, I’m starting to finally feel a little normal again. I tried for months to reconcile and it doesn’t look like it’s going that way so separation agreement is being drawn up I think to protect myself. I still see her on a daily basis most days but now I’m no longer pining, I’m starting to break my codependency. Therapy helped a lot. Also I’ve been working out and look the best I’ve ever looked in my life

Yup my wife’s big advice was to when I do meet someone, do not drop your bullshit on them. Be the sexy confident person you are and don’t bring up your past baggage.

Therapist definitely a huge thing. My wife left on the 12th. Didn’t take anything, and not taking the kids. Mainly because when I found out she was planning, I told her if she wanted to go she should but that was her choice. She’s in hotel now looking for apartments. I’m in two types of therap, traditional and Doc blue pill. Am calm today as she’s here with the kids looking at condos to live in while leaving out house. You wanna be a free bird, I hope it fox’s whatever’s broke. But we’re good he…

Give me a break. I want them up there. Its best for them. We never meant to stay here. So what o fight her. Kep them here while she leaves, btw which will make them hate not only because they want to be there but they’d rather be with her regardless? That move for me I think is the malicious angry version which means I never end up with her again. Which obviously may happen no matter what but I’m not ready to give that up yet.

OK so you’re totally right I missed parts and I apologize. She’s moving up to where my family has had a cottage for almost 80 years. We made a friend up there that is very close to both of us but the wife became closer to her. We were there all summer. I had to work one week on one week off. So personally we end up spending the most time together that we have over summer because of that because of the nature of our business we’ve always taken vacations separately. So I thought she would enjoy be…

Also since were cohabitating presently I wouldn’t want to bring anything back. The other part is I don’t want anybody else and because of Sunday I’ll keep trying probably until she leaves. I am not giving her the space she wants and she keeps telling me it I just don’t understand how she doesn’t wanna fix it. But today when I was asking about that she just said go downstairs and act like you were a roommate like you have been doing.

There’s no dates here bud. I’m about to go into a winter lock down alone for the first time in my life. Maybe if you get out of the city but I don’t know anybody meeting anybody right now
/r/Divorce_Men28/10/20 12:25 AM

But I kinda want them up there. We were trying to get them out of city. And as weird as this is I love her more than the kids. I have often told the kids that she will always have their back forever for anything and so will lie but I will always have her back and I would put her above them. I didn’t say it like that to them not the last part at least but I know that in my heart.

Ok well to be fair I did the math. She installed a dating app then called me up. Maybe just needed some? It’s been a while and we’re really good together. Tbf I’m super happy about it. It’s been put outs which I hated and she knew. She went all out that night and I’d rather remember that
