0	Do tattoos increase smv for men? Most people seem to be anti tattoo on here, from everything i've experienced in my personal life (i'm 28) I would say in most cases they add points to your smv. Make sure they are done professionally, spend a little money on them as they are literally going to be on your body for the rest of your life. 9	Working a 9-5 without becoming a corporate drone? My wife ( I know, save the anti wife speech lol) and I were living in an apartment and bought a rental property together. Best decision of my life, easiest $800 I make every month. I was then roped into buying a house for us to live in, worst decision ever. Before the house we were on track to buy 2 more rentals a year, after the house... betweemn repairs, the mortgage, general maintenance etc, haven't b een able to buy a rental in two years and counting.
