I'm 28, I work as a recruiter for a trucking company. I'm basically on the phone with truck drivers for 8 hours a day, every day. I'm very good at it, and am actulal ythe top recruiter in the office, but after 6 months of this i'm starting to feel burnt out. I feel like phone recruiting isn't the type of job you can do for a whole career.

Any tips for battling burnout in htis type of environment? Is it just a bad job?
