Actually, I am a bit surprised at the response to this. I think that this book has promise in a sense that it can popularize a phenomenon in a light that shows the darkness of the act and the perpetrator. Perversity is a provocative thing and provocation incites discussion and rebuttal. Perhaps, I will read this book. The interview itself does not subject me to any feelings of sexism or gender bias.

I hate this article, everything about it. What about Daenerys Targaryen? She went from being a "political pawn" to a certified bad ass. If we assumed that women's and men's roles were reversed then women might have been physically stronger therefore able to exercise brute force to enforce rules. If women were the enforcers then they would have created societal infrastructures and government.
