Based on your comments, updated the discussion so that I am clear that "I do not intend to die alone than be with that person"... Was considering a child to adopt for loneliness, but that might be huge commitment and agree with you. Thanks for your suggestions.

Will she agree on couple signatures for a joint filing with notice waiver? (this should be easy if there is no money dispute). She can sign from India. Once you get these signatures, you can simply file joint without notice to her and get the divorce completed in 3 months, else there is a lengthy process for default divorce Thanks u/pk2at for your detailed guidance. Unfortunately, I do not think she would agree. Normal people will try to reconcile differences or if not will be fine to walk away.…
