Sounds like he just wants a wife, not you. He wants the position of wife filled and doesn't matter who fills it. This guy is going to chew you up and spit you back out again.

I have not. Sounds like your laws suck.

I'm just saying I would be surprised if a mother in the US was allowed to forge someone elses signature to declare them the father.

Thats against the law in Australia. I would be surprised if it wasn't against the law in the US too.

If they aren't legally established as the father then they will not be paying child support.

As I've found out, it does until they are sued/a court requires them to take a paternity test. Once they are established as being the father, they they are responsible financially. So I guess if that never happens then they are good..

That article said.. Once a child's father is legally established in accordance with state law, the child's father can be required to pay child support. However, until paternity is determined by law, an unestablished father is not required to pay support. And my initial thought was "well they can't force you to get a paternity test, right?", but then I looked it up and apparently courts can. And if you refuse (which you can), then they can consider that to mean that you are hiding the truth and w…

Good question. When I said I strongly disagree, it's because I interpreted that as "you should be able to walk away from a child that is already born". As in abandoning a child and mother. That's what I disagree with. I don't disagree that a man should be able to have no involvement or responsibility for a child that he, from conception, did not want. But legally and morally it's grey area, and even myself I'd have a different answer for different scenarios. For example, if abortion is illegal a…

You asked for source, and I interpreted that as you wanting source for whether or not you can sue someone for child support, when the man hasn't signed the birth certificate. I originally said "I don't think that's true" to your claim because I haven't found anything that confirms whether that's true or not. And I haven't found any precedent for that happening. I'm happy to be wrong if you have an example. But I did a quick search for you, and it looks like the law in the US might be the same. H…

Oh, then he can just not sign the birth certificate and then run off into the sunset. You have no legal rights or responsibilities to the child unless your name is on the birth certificate** **I'm sure there are some obscure exceptions to this, so I'm speaking generally
/r/MensRights10/05/22 10:09 PM

I don't really have one for you. You can look up the law in your own country for what it means if you don't sign the birth certificate. In my country, it means you give up any legal rights and responsibilities. As for suing someone for child support...that gets difficult if you can't prove that the man you're suing is actually the father. Like if a guy doesn't sign the birth certificate and then leaves, then there's no grounds for suing him. Because you can't just point at a random person and de…

This is actually really simple. If a man gets a woman pregnant, and doesn't want anything to do with the child, then he can just not sign the birth certificate. That waves him of any legal rights to the child, and therefore any financial responsibility. There. Done. EDIT: I didn't know courts could practically force men to take paternity tests to establish fatherhood and then use that to extract child support. I agree that that's fucked up...if a guy gets a girl pregnant and truly doesn't want t…

The point is that its about choice. You should have the right to choose to get a vasectomy. You should have the right to choose to get your tubes tied. You should have the right to terminate a pregnancy.

No, no one is forcing you to get a vasectomy. She offered the option as a choice. You get to choose whether you want one or not. Now imagine you're a woman and some tells you that you don't get the choice whether to give birth or not.

You came into men's rights looking for a fight. No, I just followed the post here. You're the only one looking for a fight. You're the one that posted my photo in an attempt to...what... dox me? You're the one that tried to insult my looks and my intelligence and my expertise in media. I never once did the same to you. /r/MensRights07/04/21 01:50 AM

Actually its the most genuine reaction of all. Have a look at the original post and read the comments of women explaining what its like to be in that situation as a girl. If a guy, let alone a whole group of them, are drunk and harassing you, usually the best and safest way to get out of the situation is to be polite. You smile and laugh and humour them whilst slowly walking backwards and softly decline invitations. And you do that because you have ABSOLUTELY no idea who these people are, how dr…

Refer to my edit. Sure, you can just say it's staged, but just saying that doesn't prove anything. You can't say "there's a possibility that it's staged therefore I'm going to treat it as staged". That's not logical or reasonable. The reasonable and simplest answer is that this played out exactly as we can hear it playing out. It's not like that situation is uncommon either. Women get followed by groups of men all the time. Hell I've been followed by a group of drunk men before as well. It's not…

That right there is the single most productive comment you've had so far. Why couldn't you just lead with that? I didn't say it couldn't be staged, I said it would be INCREDIBLY hard to do. And whilst you may have knowledge in making music, it doesn't directly translate into what this would be, which is creating real-life sounding audio. Its easy to clean something up for a film or tv or music, but to make something clean sound so dirty that it sounds like bad audio from a phone? Especially with…

I'm happy to give you a pretty solid explanation on how audio works, the processes involved and the kind of equalisers and compressors you'd need to get audio like this, but you would probably just ignore that as well because you can't rebut it. So instead you just continue to make ad hominem attacks, because that's all you really have left. You could have saved even an ounce of credibility if you had just provided the "proof" that you had to suggest this video was faked. That's all you had to d…

Already proven to be fake. What a disappointment. All you had to do was show me the proof that you supposedly had. Although I guess we both always knew that you were lying, didn't we? Or was the proof that I'm actually the woman? Hahahaha because that's just....chefs kiss...The perfect dumb cunt thing to say. Well done.

No, I saw OP make a disgusting comment about this woman, then saw that he made a post about it here. So I guess the video wasn't actually proven to be fake, hey? Seems like if it was you would have been happy to tell me why. Did you perchance happen to just believe what someone else told you?
/r/MensRights06/04/21 12:26 PM

How was it proven?
/r/MensRights06/04/21 11:57 AM

I think though that men are just tired of being automatically assumed guilty. I can understand that, but in a situation like this where you have clear audio of harassment, its not reasonable to deny it just for the sake of the benefit of the doubt. It just lessens the credibilityt when men DO need to point out hypocrisy. You can't cry wolf here when it's clear that it happened.
/r/MensRights06/04/21 11:43 AM
-1

I've responded to this accusation for fakery in another response, but still...how do you suggest its faked? What do you know about audio creation? I work in television post-production, and its my job to help sound engineers and mixers to build sound scapes where they didn't exist before. It would be almost impossible to get audio as complex as this from scratch. ESPECIALLY on an app like TikTok. Usually the simplest answer is the truest. Which is that its real and she was genuinely harassed. Not…

So you're happy to attack this woman without knowing anything about her, yet when it's turned around on you you get all upset. And I actually know more about you than you do about her, just from your replies and posts. So my assessment is actually based in reality. Where are those 20 plus men in the video? Without bragging about your sound engineering expertise I never said I was a sound engineer, I said I work with them and that I know how sound works. I work in post-production. Which is not so…
/r/MensRights06/04/21 09:25 AM

So are you mad because you think she fabricated the whole thing (whilst having evidence), or that she possible exaggerated the number of men?

which is so easy to overplay on any video. I always love this excuse, because you clearly have had no experience in actual audio or media creation. I work in television, and it is my job to help audio engineers and mixers do just that on much, MUCH bigger budgeted "productions" than this, as you think it is. It's not fake audio. It would be so SO hard, and take the most professional engineer in the world to fake audio to sound this realistic. That shit audio you hear? Where its echoey and kind o…

You said it was fake because she wasn't hot enough to be harassed. You're a degenerate of a man and not a representative of your gender.

And that's because men have physical dominance over women, and not visa versa
/r/MGTOW220/03/21 11:36 AM

Wow, its so easy to make women look like monsters when you just think up the worst possible person and attribute all their traits to women, based on a reality that only exists in your head. I could make a list of 50 things that paint men in the same light and it would be just as bullshit as yours.
/r/MGTOW216/03/21 06:25 AM

NAL, I’d say it has more to do with the fact that libel cases are pretty hard to win against someone that has slandered you. He would have had to prove that the newspaper knew that he wasn’t an abuser, but decided to lie and publish it anyway.
/r/MensRights02/11/20 09:17 PM

So then how could you know that all high N count women cheat? How could you possibly know? If you’re willing to generalise all women, then the least you could do is apply the same generalisation to all men. Otherwise you’re being prejudiced towards women.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/20 03:07 AM
1

I’m not asking about low N count vs high N count men. I’m asking about high N count men vs high N count women. If you are under the opinion that high N count women are cheaters MORE SO than high N count men, then there is some quality you perceive the women to have that makes them cheat more than men. That is what I’m asking about. I’m asking what that distinction is. If it’s merely “because they’re women” then that means you have made the judgement based on a prejudice against women.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/20 12:48 AM
1

That’s why I’m saying the “difference” doesn’t affect the outcome. You still agree that men with high N counts cheat just as much as women with high N counts.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/20 10:55 PM
1

Yeah I know, I followed up your assertion by saying that if it’s true that women with high N counts are cheaters, then it’s also true that men with high N counts are cheaters too. Do you not agree?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/20 08:47 PM
1

Then the difference has no affect on the outcome. Men with high N counts cheat just as much as women with high N counts. Let’s leave it there.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/20 07:48 PM

I talk in paragraphs. You can’t just take each sentence by itself and reply to it when it’s in context with the sentences following it. When I say “this happened”, followed by “then this happened”, it means I’m giving a run-down of the conversation so far. Go back and reread my comment as a whole. You’ll see how I’m explaining how you’re making no sense with your replies. I think high N count men cheat more than low N count men. Then why not say that from the start? Why promote that there’s a di…

Then next time don’t make such sweeping generalisations like “women with high N count are cheaters”. I said it’s different and I just explained it No, you said nonsense. You said that women with high N counts cheat. I said the same thing applied to men then. You said “it’s different”, implying that men with high N counts arent cheaters. Your “explanation” to why men with high N counts aren’t cheaters is because they actively go out to look for affairs, rather than let affairs come to them. You t…

Your original comment said that you wouldn’t date women who had a high N count because they cheat. I replied, saying that it would be the same for men as well then. You said “it’s different”. Therein lies the prejudice and the stigma. And it is a moral issue because you’re saying that women who have high N counts are going to cheat. You’re passing judgement on their morality because of their sexual history. You are going so far as to exclude them from your preference because of it. But you are n…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/20 03:38 AM
1

How? Because you’ve applied the N Count:Cheating correlation to women only. You’ve completely exempted men from your hypothesis for absolutely no reason. You see women with a high N count as being immoral, but a man with a high N count as being amoral. That’s prejudiced, and it makes we wonder what other prejudices you have against women just for the sheer fact that they are women.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/20 02:52 AM
1

If I said “I don’t date men who have red cars, because men with red cars are pedophiles” then you’d probably find something wrong with that too. Like I said, I don’t care that you have a personal preference. I care about why you have it, and why you believe that only WOMEN with a high N count are cheaters. It points to underlying issues and prejudices you have with sex, with women, or both.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/20 02:29 AM
1

Your personal preferences on who you date doesn’t concern me. What does concern me is that you have an unfair and illogical prejudice against women who have active sexual lives, which will dictate how you view them and how you treat them. And that, in turn, will affect how other men will view and treat them. Everything has a knock-on effect.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/20 01:39 AM
1

And I think if you really questioned it you’d see that it makes absolutely no logical sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/20 11:19 PM
2

If that were true, then men who cheat are morally inferior to women who cheat, because they are actively looking for it. And if N Count is directly correlated to cheating, then it should be the men who are stigmatised for having high counts, not women. So clearly women’s sexuality is stigmatised for another reason than “they cheat”.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/20 10:49 PM
2

It’s really not. Men should be held to the same standards as women.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/20 09:07 PM
1

People can sleep with whoever they want, however many times they want. Sex is not linked to morality.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/20 06:25 PM

So that’s the same for men I’m assuming, not just women. A guy who has slept with a lot of girls will cheat on his partner.

Mating is a competition against other members of our own sex and a dance with the other. But that’s not what you said is it. You said that when women get together, all we do is discuss what we can get out of men. And that’s the bullshit I’m calling out. Women are realists pretending to be romantics men are romantics pretending to be realists. Just cut it with this AWALT shit. Women are not X and men are not Y. Oh get over yourself would you. Women aren’t in some sort of cult that follow the same set of rules. You just like to pretend that we are in order to make enemies out of us in your head. Nope. Penetrative sex can even hurt. A lot. It took me years for it to stop hurting. All those thousands of nerve endings you mentioned are in the clitoris. Aim for that.

Depends what you’re doing. Are you going down on her? Most likely real noises. Penetrative sex? Most likely faking.

We known men like it when they think we’re enjoying it. So we fake it in order for the sex to be finished quicker.
/r/MensRights11/02/19 02:43 PM

Why would you need to do that? If someone is faking a pregnancy, you don’t need to confirm result, because the truth will come out in like 2 months anyway when no baby bump forms. It baffles me that so many people are angry at this when the whole premise of it is so unrealistic. No one going to be duped into fatherhood when the baby doesn’t exist.

Replace every “woman” with “man” and your sentence still works. Humans are extremely complex creatures with nuanced emotions, and relationships require work to build and dedication to maintain. A dog is just happy to be fed, so of course canine companionship is simpler.
