If it's a one off I would just let it go and more then likely you will have the same issue and then you will be even. Don't sweat the small stuff.

Thought you said you had one child together. Are you on the hook for her kids from a previous relationship?

Tell her "Request Denied".

I'm sure you already know this but half your military retirement check goes to her. Congrats on the E8 before 20, that's not easy. Good luck in all this.

How did she have time to keep 5 guys sexually satisfied? They weren't hanging around with her for the company and paying her bills out of the kindness of their heart.

Why do the rich want to tank the economy? They would suffer too. They need the economy to employ the people that serve them. Tanking the economy would be of no benefit to them. I retired early due to putting money in my 401k. That didn't happen because the economy tanked and I am far from rich.

How much jail time did she get, the article doesn't say?

You should start your own thread instead of high jacking this one. Your post in no way supports the OP or helps in any way.

If there is no paperwork in place, either parent can take their kid(s) around the world if they so wish and the other parent can't do anything about it. That is why you need a lawyer now.

If your kids are nearly grown, then can't they decide which parent they want to have majority custody with? Will the court listen to your children and take into consideration their view on all this? Just curious as different jurisdictions have different rules.

She looks like she is 73 years old and not even close to 43.

The cops would laugh at you if no court order is in place.

Why are you so sure that a judge won't grant her alimony?

I just talked to her and she is terrified of you also.

She says she is going to kill herself but doesn't think she has any issues?? Have a talk with the base Chaplin, they may be able to help or steer you in the right direction. Good luck and stay safe.

It's great that you want to be fair but is your ex playing fair. I'm not suggesting you play tit for tat but don't always be the accommodating one. She should be able to bend a little here and there also. She is doing this to spite you and that is not fair either.

Can you file in the previous state? Not a lawyer but seems you are both caught between a rock and a hard place for now.

There will come a time when she wants the kids early or for that matter anything outside of the court arrangement. When she does this just say no. No is a complete sentence.

Without any legal documents in place, then yes she can take the kids wherever she wants. You could do the same also.

She'll be mad at you?? You are divorced, what the fuck do you care if she is mad at you for showing up to your daughters school function.

Who wants to date a still married women with 3 kids under 10? Did she fudge the truth a little on her Bumble account? No matter to you. Please get help with your PTSD and move on.

The more you pay for her lawyer the less she gets in the end, am I right? Not sure how this works. My brother went thru a divorce and he had to pay for his ex's lawyer and she kept delaying and he had to keep spending. He told her that the well will run dry and she would get nothing. She settled up soon after.

Where were you when all this theft was going on? Do you know where she moved to? Fight hard for what is rightfully yours.

You have a lawyer, use him/her and get answers to these questions. That is what you pay them for.

Not to be morbid but what happens if you die suddenly today? What is she going to do? If she can get a job under those circumstances then she can work now.

Seems like someone got fucked over in a divorce and custody battle and can’t see past that. Sounds like your mother doesn't it, or else why would you be posting begging your father to keep paying and paying.

Do not leave the home . It's as much yours as it is hers. Ask her to leave and see how that goes, lol.

If they don't have a plan then he has as much equal rights as the mother and can absolutely keep her overnight.

How come two cops can't control this women and put her in cuffs. They need more training. The situation could have been easily been under control if the cops knew what they were doing.
