I'm not really sure how it works, but can't you just pay for an egg donor and surrogate? Then you don't have to worry about the drama.

Being conservative and right leaning isn't equal to being racist. You don't have to be liberal to dislike jokes like that.

My sister and I were talking about it yesterday, and I just can't figure how people assume extras are a given. I'm not the most social of people so it bothers me to the core. I was legitimately starting to think that maybe I was wrong for feel that way. Liking and wanting you around doesn't me I want your friends or SO's around.

It has definitely happened to me, and this person is always an extra no one expects to show up. Also happens to be a non meat eater...well no one I invite other than this person is...and I hate salad, so veggie only meals aren't usually on the menu. Like this person actually asked if I had made something special and different. It just seemed really rude to assume they who were not invited would get something special compared to everyone else. I've also considered saying no extras when I invite p…

So if you are having an event and have already decided on the meal, and someone uninvited (a picky eater) shows up and wants something other than what you already spent time making...should the hostess cater to that. I find it incredibly rude to expect and ask for something special when you weren't even invited, but I'm not really sure. Maybe catering to that would be going above and beyond to be a good hostess?

I've actually started doing that, and it really does help. I feel a heck of a lot better, sucks sometimes, but I'm not a total mess like I was. I still love him, but I've just been working on myself and staying busy, and it feels great. I've lost weight, dyed my hair, pierced my ears (all this I wanted before things ended), so pretty happy. Now I'm just at that silly stage where I'm just kind of embarrassed that things didn't work out, bc I kind of told everyone he was absolutely the one (egg on…

I am not being combative at all, just an honest question. If it was a great relationship, and i feel comforted thinking about him, is it really best to forget about him. I mean I know if somehow I get in a relationship with someone else I need to get over it, and I would never dream of being with someone else and having leftover baggage from a previous relationship , But at the moment if it helps me cope is it bad to purposely keep things around that remind me of him? I can't stop looking at pic…

After soaking, you can rub in lotion, and put a plastic bag over his feet and put socks over that, usually helps a bit

Lol, no its not one of those ldrs, I've met his family and he's met my sister. Most of my hobbies came before him. And my friendships are not Internet friendships, I went to an out of state college, and im in the military, so I don't tend to have my closest friends to hang with most of the time. As for being feminine, I guess I have a lot of traditional values and tend to be very home makerish. I tend to dress more relaxed, but am working on actively trying to look more feminine as well as eatin…

2 years, and in person I'm fine with him, but in person things are going to be different, it's easier being with him in person I think. I also plan on visiting and staying with him for an extended period very soon. I think in decently feminine, and im not generally awkward, but I could be wrong.

That's the thing, I read, I play several instruments, I sew, knit, bake, and i have an interesting job. He is not interested in me rambling about those things all, the time or most of time, bc he, says that doesn't involve both of us talking, just him listening. If I have these hobbies, how can I make it a two way conversation.

Idk about other girls, but I get lazy and I don't always shave, but my leg hair is barely visible, I've asked my so, and im sure he wasnt trying to make me feel good, and if I don't shave my pits, I make sure they are covered. I will admit it's gross, I just get lazy sometimes, but I make an effort to always look good for my so, or attempt to

Idk if I can be considered red pill, I generally agree with the concepts, but isn't some of this a bit harsh. There are times when exceptions can be made, I'm thinking mostly of the non communication and ignoring. It can be irritating being ignored, what a guy says isn't always super interesting to a girl, but if she takes the time to try to be interested, I don't think it's asking a lot to return the favor. And communication is kind of key, not telling every single secret is understandable, I g…

I don't see anything wrong with it, my mom sometimes shops for my dad bc she knows what he likes. and he would actually prefer if she would help with his clothes, he gets rly busy, and would like if my mom helped in that area, and she does sometimes. it's not weak, but men with jobs don't always have time and don't always want to bother with that stuff.

It is pretty disrespectful, from what I understand, it's a big thing for a guy to pass his name, like the woman becoming a part of him. I can't wait to change my last name. My mother wanted to hyphenate her name no harm intended, but my dad told her she could keep her name and stay single, they've been married 25 years now.

I may be totally out of line, I'm sorry if I am, I know of a lot of great MIL, but I know some monsters...my grandmother, she still hates my father bc my mother is an only child and she married him and they moved, and my parents have been married 25 years. Not saying your MIL is like that, but if she continues you want to stop it, it can really ruin things down the line. My siblings and I don't want anything to do with our GM anymore.
