Covid-Vaccine Mega ThreadThe thing is, it would benefit both. The increases taxes would give the government capital to combat the side effects of obesity while guiding people to make more healthy choices. Making the population healthier. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/05/21 12:42 PM
Covid-Vaccine Mega ThreadIt's perfectly reasonable and even advisable for governments to use taxation to steer the behaviors of populations towards more beneficial actions. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/05/21 12:24 PM
Covid-Vaccine Mega ThreadI meant they already tell you what foods are healthier and what aren't. They aren't telling you what to eat. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/05/21 12:19 PM
Covid-Vaccine Mega ThreadBut they already do... | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/05/21 12:12 PM
Covid-Vaccine Mega ThreadIf you would tax foods based on how healthy they are, then this would happen naturally. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/05/21 12:08 PM
Do you hate being attracted to wo/men?It's just a part of being human. It's definitely given my a fair share of misery but it is what it is. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/05/21 12:05 PM
Encouraging male therapy would solve all issues about "toxic masuclinity" while women having to handle little to no men emotion.I'd say improving access, not promotion, is the key to solving problems. We already know about mental health. It's the lack of access that causes problems. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/05/21 09:39 AM
Encouraging male therapy would solve all issues about "toxic masuclinity" while women having to handle little to no men emotion. While I think the above comment is quite overblown, it does have a kernel of truth in it. The role women expect of men is really narrow. And men are usually shamed one way or another if they stray too far from it. Also most women seem to see most men as just "worker drones" as someone else pointed. You're basically expected to exist silently in the background. And if you express your frustrations with it, you're an incel and are, again, mocked for it. There's really just not a lot of room for me… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/05/21 08:53 AM
