Now I see what areas I really need to brush up on. Emotions are pretty darn hard though to inject or even fake it till I well, inject it. CocoBabeNYC gave a splendid example, however that's absolutely out of character for me and I can't imagine myself pulling that off in a face-to-face conversation over coffee.
