Filed todayYou are correct. In a 14 day span, I work 1 (48) hour shift. I’m not counting time as being a parent. It actually works out to 96 hours per week. But arriving 20 minutes early, staying 20 minutes late, etc etc. it’s just easier to say 100 hours per week. And that’s what I need to pay all the bills by myself. Because she won’t contribute. So you see my point. I’m gone 100 hours a week to work. I come home and days off are cleaning and cooking and being a dad. No biggy. But the days I’m at work, I… | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/02/25 04:15 PM
Filed todayNo, I’m not. I work 24 hour shifts on an ambulance. My station is 5 houses down from my home. So when I’m “at work” my boss allows me to run home and check on the kids. I meal prep on off days so they just warm up the food. My days off are also spent cleaning and doing laundry to make sure everything is ready for the kids on days I have to work. School days are better because they don’t get home until 330pm. They go to bed at 8. | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/02/25 12:41 PM

Filed todayHe booted the 15f out. He actually has custody. He booted her out for her behavior. She’s come into our home and done the same. | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/02/25 12:50 AM
What’s your thoughts from the start?Correct she was. So yes, she has a record. But I have an arrest record too. That’s the point I was making | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/01/25 11:34 AM
What’s your thoughts from the start? The kids will all be 18 or older in 8 years. Also, I have a record. Also, I had a record when I took full custody from my son’s mom when he was 3, then maintained full custody until he was 18. His mom at that time had no record. So not sure where you’re getting your info, but it’s flawed. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/01/25 04:30 PM
What’s your thoughts from the start? It was a red flag. Obviously. But again, my concern is my kids wellbeing. I’ll work 100 hours a week for life if that’s what I need to do to keep them safe. If she gets custody, I’m done. My kids will be fucked. And there will be nothing I can do to stop it, outside of spending every dollar I have on attorneys. I posted for opinions because I need this to be a slam dunk case when I file. Where I keep the home and the kids. I’ll pay her damn alimony. I don’t even care about that. I care about my … | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/01/25 03:56 AM
What’s your thoughts from the start?Tried the cameras. She unplugs them or cuts the WiFi off. She claims it’s a violation of her privacy. Since I’m gone for 24 hours at a time working, once I leave she unplugs them and I have no way to plug them back in until I get home. I have spoken with an attorney. Though he wasn’t aggressive and basically wanted me to put down a 5k retainer just to give advice and “work on the case” in the background. I said hell to the no. | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/01/25 12:46 AM
