Did it for a while, to make any decent money you have to really pursue a private practice and even then it takes way more than 40 hours a week to make any decent money including not only sessions but managing your own self employed business. And a tip to avoid all this, sell everything, buy it all in bitcoin (make sure it doesn't stay there too long due to slight fluctuation and do your own research) move where you're going and cash out the bitcoin locally to hard currency.
