I think you're taking this way out of context. it is similar to what stoics do to imagine the worst possible scenarios so if it ever should come, you realize that its 1) not so bad 2) you're already prepared for it and 3) can move on quicker

Comp sci not so much. I graduated with a degree in econ, hating making spreadsheets and just learned to code on my own, with paid courses and a $50 course at my local CC. In tech all that matters is that you ahve the skills. Most comp sci grads cant even code well.

Fuck yes. This is literally my default strategy for self improvement/ learning new things. It works wonders and compounds every year. Start today bros. #2,3,4,10 are most important IMHO. Its great that this worked for you. Dont over complicate it though. I too am an ex fatty and stay around 11% bf yr round by doing a few very simple things. One or two SETs per work out to failure (around 8 reps or so) Reps done extremely slow Intermittent fasting (depending on goal, more or less carb) reduce insulin spikes (fiber rich foods) Google Mike Mentzer and the "Colorado Experiment"

I get what he is saying. I get a decent amount of SNL's and ONS's but for some reason, a chick will want to go super slow. I always go for the close though, if I get rejected that night so be it. I dont "date" though past the first one or two...after that I just live life and invite her to join, and escalate accordingly. TL;DR always be escalating, always go for the close
