Is had this problem myself, my solution depends on how drunk you get. If you can remember what it is you do whilst drunk that makes you fun, you can slowly introduce it piece by piece into your sober life. For example I found out that when I'm drunk and a song I like comes on I'll just go for it and dance my heart out, after realising how much fun this was I tried doing it when I was with a group of friends sober, turns out it was still fun and got a good reaction from my friends. Talking to anyone I found quite easy. When it comes to learning to talk to girls I found attractive, as much as people on here advise against it, going out and getting really drunk helped me with that. When I'm drunk as a skunk I'll talk to anyone and I figured out that girls I'm attracted to are people just like anyone else and I was over thinking it. Many of the things I talked about to people during the day worked just as well on these girls. I then could apply that to my non-drunken self

I'm still fairly new to all this but I think the biggest thing that has helped me is talking to anyone and everyone. Talking to anyone has taught me how to deal with so many social situations and taught me that the outcome of talking to someone isn't as bad as it seems in your head. Before I started talking to everyone I was terrified of having awkward conversations or conversations that don't go anywhere but now I've realised that it happens, its not that bad and you just move on with your life…
