Exactly man, that's what its been like for me, at first getting into a LTR I thought I would lose those pua skills, until I realised they had become a part of me. The ability to socialise, be confident and charismatic, and I just need to embody all of it.

Haha no man, I have nothing to sell at least right now lol. It's a true internal journey man trust me, What I appreciate most about the journey wasn't some girl or any experience, it was the way I feel now in any social interaction, and the way I am able to be confident and love socialising.

Yeah man was probably 6 months where I would focus on going to parties and using it their, at first I was like NOOO, I can't do these "tricks" of the pua guys and I was super against it, until I watched more videos, a lot fo rsd, but also TNL. Pretty much all clubs, never acc did day game although I wish I did. The occasional girl from university but apart from that all clubs.

Man it was the best experience in my life, I was able to have sexual experiences with many girls, had incredible fuckbuddy relationships throughout, and finally am now in a really great LTR for the first time. Most importantly now I developed key social skills, and confidence, and am able to control my own state without alcohol.

Well when I started it, I had bad acne and was super insecure about my height, and It didn't stop me from getting results. In all honesty the process of meeting women got me over a lot of my insecurities, but you have to just do it. But also be prepared for shit tests. EG for me Im 5,6 so I got tested for being short and as long as I help my frame girls didn't care

I'll tell you what I focused on when it came to process (just my opinion and definitely not an expert) A lot of what I did was focused on building confidence etc so a lot of the techniques would be natural - Approaching (especially at the start just getting over AA was huge) Self amusement, for me I found when I enjoyed going out, the girls would too, also state control would come under this. I wish I could put everything I knew and how to exactly approach etc, and what to say ...., but this post was more a few things to keep in mind, its not everything but some good advice to stick too. But yeah man it is all about process, I approaches and focused on process and eventually got good, I would also do field reports every night to analyse what I did good or bad and that will help too

That's okay man, as long as you understand the problem, that's the first step. Just try and make a goal, when covid is over to approach 3 girls a week, its a small girl but you can build it up from there.

Ideally you don't want that to happen, however it can just be a shit test eg you can pass it by simply ignoring it, or sometimes I say, "oh yeah I have a girlfriend, so don't get any ideas" then go from there passively disqualifying her.
