This is the story of my first every approach at a night club -

I went out sober with some friends, they were all drunk but I just need an excuse to go to a club, I was scared and had no idea what I was doing but It didn't matter. I spent the first 4 hours in the club procrastinating, I would see a girl then bail out, then again and again, until I could feel my state dropping.

I went into the bathroom and looked myself in the mirror, but still nothing, I tried the Wim hof breathing method and felt good, but still didn't have the balls to approach.

Until the end of the night, my friends told me we were going and I hadn't approached, I was tempted to leave and regroup, but I saw her. I told them I was going to the bathroom, and walked over to this girl, My heart was beating out of my chest, but I continued walking, until I said hi, she looked up and smiled and I can barely remember then short 2 minute interaction, I was so nervous and nothing really came out. But I left that set and hugged her bye, and felt amazing. I didn't care how bad it was, I just cared that I had done it, I was on a huge high.

From their I went out 2x a week, approaching more and more girls, getting better and better, and after 2 years having one of the most amazing journeys of my life. It all started with that one approach.
