It’s not a solution though. It’d be like telling a dog not to piss on a fire hydrant, it’s just instinct. The solution is complicated. Definitely have to protect women from true rapists, but equally need to protect men (and women) from false accusations. I think the first step would be actually punishing people who commit perjury.

I am so fucking happy I went to university before social media and #me_too. Men need our own version of #me_too. Something that says “I’ve been falsely accused/divorce raped/not allowed to see my child”. Rightfully so... I decided “get a healthy body and the healthy mind will follow”. Go to the gym, outdoors, biking, whatever floats your boat, just something active. It’s what got me through it.
