I agree. I think why men don't voice out is because men are not natural naggers.

But women nag because from a very young age they were shown that when they cry or nag they get what they want. So they do that all their life until someone showed that that's too far. But obviously our society is too cucked to show them that and so they keep on nagging in their adult life like children.

Some boys nag as well but as they grow older they face consequences and learnt that there's no free lunch and you actually have to work for things cause no one gives a shit about you.

But for girls they can nag their entire life and some cucks actually give a shit. And since nagging to get what you want is easier than actually doing, women will just keep on nagging.

Teaching used to be a male dominated profession. Women got rid of men in that profession by making it appear all men are pedophiles/rapists.

I actually am a teacher - teaching abroad.

The thing is that while women might be drawn to teaching, I'm not sure that they're actually good at it.

I ended up writing a really long rant about it, but yeah. I'm not sure why we assume women are natural caregivers, but my personal experience in the last few years is that most of them aren't that good as teachers. And then, there's all the female paedophiles.

The world might be better if there were more male school teachers.

I am an English teacher, one of very few male teachers in my school. I don't wish this workplace on any man. After being red pilled, I quickly come to the realization that gender segregated schools are the only way to go.

Had a discussion with a woman about equality for job hirings and she began telling me its not about equality but equity. Equality doesn't help marginalized groups, but equity would. I mentioned that since teaching and nursing were female dominated jobs shouldn't new hirings go to males first? Shouldn't promotions go to males as well? Turns out I'm an asshole.

Society is up in arms about giving women access to career fields requiring higher than average IQs.

Google 'male vs female iq distribution' and you'll see that there are more men on that higher end of the distribution.

Contributing factors to this effect of women going into careers you mentioned:

Premises:

there are more women of average intelligence
women are not driven to amass resources to the same degree males are (because women select males based on resource attainment, and not the other way around)
to attain resources requires skills (which yield productive gains in one's career represented by increases in monetary resources, generally relative to the supply/demand of the skills in the particular localized economy... but this last aspect is less and less as meritocracy goes away)

Therefore:

Women are going to be abundant in these lower-intelligent, lower skill fields, because women are generally more distributed around the intelligence average, and less interested in technical skill attainment.

Therefore:

The movement to push women into higher-intelligence & technical skill fields is unnatural and anti-economical. As evidenced by the phenomenon whereby in more socially equal societies (scandanavia for example. india as an anti-thesis) men and women sort themselves, careerwise, into people vs thing based careers ( google 'people vs thing orientation men vs women') dependent upon their gender, with men gravitating towards thing-based careers, and women gravitating towards people-based careers.

At my previous job one day, the front office's computer could not connect onto a printer to use it. Everyone couldn't use it. The ladies acted like they couldn't do anything without having a printer, like it was a blackout. They were going to call their IT guy to come fix it (company outsources this). I was working as a website developer, and saw an easy remedy.

I fixed the problem by installing the drivers onto all the computers to send directly to the office printer (a server went down, computers connected to printer through it). The guys through the whole situation worked, while the women stopped working altogether and nagged. The down time was about 3 hours. Once the printer was back up and running, the ladies were still nagging about it for an hour. On the other hand, the guys were printing the work they completed and saved during the down time.

It was interesting to see. The naggers held the downtime as a badge to cease working. The guys on the other hand understood that sooner or later, the printer would be fixed, and they would still be responsible for results.

TLDR: Women stopped working to nag about a temporary problem where guys kept working knowing the problem would be resolved soon.

I wish more men would go into teaching/education but I completely understand why they don't. Imagine a little spoiled female student who always gets A's even though she is a shit student, bombed her test in the finals and gets a C. You give her a C, she flips out and accuses you of sexual assault or some shit. Or dealing with little princesses parents when you gave their darling a C. Fuck all of that.

Side note- I went to high school with some really fucking dumb female students. They got straight A's all the way through high school in every class. ACT time comes around, the highest score I heard was a 16. Look what happens when they don't have teacher there to make sure they pass with flying colors. They are overweight waitresses and bowling alley employees now.

But the thing about fewer male teachers is rational... They need malpractice and errors & omissions insurance protection just like doctors. I think the best schools are segregated. Most men would want their son to go to a boys only school with male teachers.
