Sending pics to the neighbour's... she's for the streets man I'm sorry. Nit the woman you married... and dont do anything to please her like sleppnin the same bed. That's cringe man. Have some self respect. In the new year plan your escape from this woman.

Ah yes... some of them truly are community property. Better stay away so uou dont get a disease.

Step one.put your pay into a new account she cant touch so she can't clean you out.

I read here many reasons to leave. If she ignores going to therapy etc just pull the plug. Heck a dead bedroom for 7 years is reason enough. You dont need her permission to leave. Life will be a wake.up call for her as she will need to get a job etc and actually have to do housework if you leave her. I see no downsides. Gotta look out for number one as no one else will. Your current life is draining you. It will ruin your health eventually if you dont change

Only way to stop all this is get a vasectomy... dude created this child so hes rightfully on the hook. Never trust a woman bottom line.

/r/Divorce_Men02/12/25 07:15 PM

Alimony is for the wife. He didn't say he paid child support or not... but ya alimony is punitive. She needs a job now
/r/Divorce_Men02/12/25 03:34 PM

I had to do it as well as ordered by my separation agreement for child support. I got a 300k 15 year term life policy. Not cheap at 80 a month

Cant preach morality to the courts.... just have a talk with her and dont bring men around the kid unless it's a serious relationship 💯

Its always the same... she wants sex just not woth you. Let that sink in... I was in the same situation as.you in my marriage. Dead bedroom and no affection. Been single 10 years and much happier. Women shouldnt make you happy they should be a compliment to your life. If they are not then it's time to leave.

Open a new account and put your pay there so she can't touch it. Rule number 1. Pay for bills and that's it.

Why is it groups catering to men and or boys is considered controversial... when women have all these spaces they can go and no one calls them controversial... such a double standard

There no guidance to men that say you have to date.. I did for many years and all it git me was single mommies with issues you just mentioned. I'm much happier single being a lone wolf.... im not looking but wouldn't object to meeting someone in person and OK if I never meet.someone. Just be comfortable in your own skin. Do your own thing

Lawyer up... she's not going to agree. Have to likely fight it out in court... wish I did. I became a weekend dad as she was primary caregiver at home for 10 years so I didn't have a chance. My lawyer sucked.

If I didn't get an inheritance I'd be totally screwed financially. Paid like 50% child support which went down a bit the last year. Been divorced 9 years and still living in a low rent apartment as it's all I can afford. No house in the cards for me as housing went up 200% in Canada during covid. So many people homeless now.

Ya I couldn't imagine getting divorced now and having to pay inflated rents. I don't know how anyone paying alimony and support will get by now in ontario. I see a lot of men will likely not be able to pay there support and alimony due to no fault of there own.
/r/Divorce_Men15/08/24 05:21 PM

Home ownership is not in the cards man. Not with that crazy payout to take over the mortgage. Gotta rent a low rent apartment no frills like the rest of us do that aren't independently wealthy.

Shows you what kind of person she is... imagine finding out after getting married.
/r/Divorce_Men12/08/24 08:57 PM

I make 90% of what you do and have been divorced 9 years in ontario. I rent a low rent 2 bedroom apartment and just scrape by now that I pay support for only 2 kids. A house is out of the question as I have no spare monet as it is. I had no equity to fall back in. In your case you make more but the double whammy of child support and alimony will destroy toy due to the income imbalance. You will owe max child support and alimony. Even with using some of your equity for housing your Monthly budget…
/r/Divorce_Men12/08/24 07:52 PM

Who knows she might be all.womderfull and everything. It usually is always in the beginning. but being up there in age as you said her bio clock might be after your baby batter... but it may be a risk you take so you can have kids... sometimes you have to make a choice and stick to it.
/r/Divorce_Men25/06/24 03:15 PM

Her actions have repeatedly crossed the line... where do you say enough is enough and cut the cord? She's a shit show dude and not proper wife material... she has a BF for peats sake and has repeatedly cheated on you. I don't know how you still want a kick at the can with her

/r/Divorce_Men18/06/24 03:55 PM

You've got a case of one itis and it's bad... start the divorce process now. Do not wait. You are funding her life you say? Stop that now. Get a counselor and talk with them about your feelings as you need to learn to detach from her... talk to a counselor about why you need the validation of posting nudes... if your gonna do that might ad well start an OF. Lol
/r/Divorce_Men18/06/24 03:22 PM

U2 one always cracks me up... prolly about one itis or something or maybe a break up not sure
/r/Divorce_Men17/06/24 02:10 PM

Funny think is men really don't care what a woman's status is on her job... looks and beauty make up the majority of a woman's value in the sexual marketplace. Women don't get this. Money and status is a masculine thing

/r/Divorce_Men27/05/24 08:26 PM
1

I don't agree to the don't give her anything without a court order. In many jurisdictions you commence paying child support from the date of separation. All based on number of kids and gross income. If you don't and wait for a court order than they will back date the support anyway to the date of separation.
/r/Divorce_Men27/05/24 05:40 PM

limit calls to 5 to 10 minutes. no reason to have her calling longer than that during your time. you are still accomodating to the ex. its all about control. she needs to be put in her place and you need to tell your kid 5 to 10 minutes tops. its your time... he needs rules too

/r/MensRights16/05/24 11:00 PM

For me I've been divorced 9 years with 3 kids. I would of thought after after a few years I'd be able to afford at least a townhouse, but no.. child support is over 45% of my income so I'm still living in the cheap low end 2 bedroom apartment last 9 years. For me it hasn't gotten better at all. Once the support goes down and the kids get older I'll only have a few years to retirement. It's quite depressing. She has a house and I don't.
/r/Divorce_Men16/05/24 10:58 PM

This is Def the poster child.for do not get married and do not cross go and collect 200. Bottom line is you need at least min 2k a month to live and that should go higher depending if your in a High cost of living area. I payed 50% child support and live on about 2400 a month. That gives me a little cushion bit not much in today's high rent scenarios. Your cost of living for yourself should 100% come into play on this. This judge is fucked.
/r/Divorce_Men15/05/24 01:04 AM
10

You can't live off of 1100 a month this is ridiculous. You must appeal this for sure. She's getting a bloody windfall. I'd not pay the spousal support it's ridiculous and uncalled for.
/r/Divorce_Men14/05/24 10:51 PM

Sounds like you've divorced and still have a case of one itis... shes one of a million . Pick one. Pining on what could of been is futile... perhaps tell her your feelings if you can't get over it. You might not want to know her response.

Maybe stop hanging out with your ex. It's kinda unhealthy. And her messaging you all the time is not cool and should stop. Need to set Boundaries and start to move on. The both of you. You have a weird dynamic going on. Love still pretending things are OK which they are not
/r/Divorce_Men13/05/24 09:00 PM

My ex has 4 dogs and 12 puppies right now. Its a freaking pet sanctuary lol. No way id ever look after them. Set some boundaries. Doesn't matter that she lives close. Lay down the law.

/r/MensRights12/05/24 04:37 PM

Where I'm from you are designated as the payee her income doesn't come into the equation. You just pay what's in the table amount for CS and whatever your order says for spousal.
/r/Divorce_Men09/05/24 06:46 PM

Just have no expectations on spending time with her as her kids, the dogs, all take a front seat to you and you will always be last. If your OK with that then jump in.
/r/Divorce_Men06/05/24 06:58 PM

My lawyer said if you can't afford schooling costs you don't have to pay... don't know why you have such a ruling. Maybe each jurisdiction is different. Geez just tell her to get a loan like most people who's parents can't afford it

Do the right thing and call her bluff. Make the divorce happen on your terms. Can't walk on eggshells all the time. Will cut your lifespan living like that.

/r/MensRights10/04/24 04:29 PM
6

I wouldn't that's for sure. I could t be with a woman who would end a human life. Just my morals and I'm not religious. Just not into kiling future humans.
/r/MensRights10/04/24 02:04 AM
12

That's rough man... Women that do that have some major karma coming their way in the next life I guarantee it. Like your choice didn't matter cause female privilege. Call it out for what it is...
/r/MensRights10/04/24 01:49 AM
1

I cannot understand the amount of women that want to have the right to end the life of a fetus... A potential viable human life. It's just bonkers to me that they want this power to end life all on their terms... Like I bet there is some karma coming to them if they choose to end a potential life... And men Have no say at all.
/r/MensRights10/04/24 01:47 AM
-1

I don't think a doctor that's a man would get away with only working one to 2 shifts a week. That's rediculous. Men are driven to maximize there money making potential...women are usually not wired like that at all.

When the kids are in your care they don't need mommy! Do not contact the ex. Your a dad. You've got this! You need to disengage from the ex. She's blaming you for supposed alienation. Grey rock her she's just blaming you as your an easy target and she can likely tell you still love her... Learn to detach yourself work on that with a therapist.
/r/Divorce_Men28/03/24 06:56 PM
5

Grey rock my man. Who cares what she says or does... Don't let it get to you. If you want more time with your kids get it officially from the courts. Don't let her dictate to you what amount of parenting you should do.
/r/Divorce_Men28/03/24 01:09 PM

The script has been flipped. They always do this... Even if they are the ones that wanted the divorce. It boosts their own ego to blame you for everything. Just tell her her mental health is HER problem.
/r/Divorce_Men27/03/24 07:05 PM

/r/Divorce_Men25/03/24 12:04 AM

/r/Divorce_Men25/02/24 10:58 PM

Constant threats of divorce are a form of abuse. Makes you feel inadequate and that you are the one with all the problems. It's a form of gas lighting too... Good riddance I say. Don't need that negatively in your life
/r/Divorce_Men25/02/24 02:21 AM

/r/Divorce_Men18/02/24 10:50 PM

I made the same mistake in my marriage. Made the wife top priority and lost contact with all my friends.... Now I have no woman in my life but have my friends. I don't feel alone at all...
/r/Divorce_Men18/02/24 10:34 PM

They can't stand that a good proportion of men now that they have been through the divorce wringer have no desire to be with a woman again as they know the juice ain't worth the squeeze...
/r/MensRights18/02/24 09:53 PM

It sucks man to get divorced in Canada right now... The housing costs in much of the country is unaffordable... I couldn't afford to pay child support now if I had to pay current market rent... I suspect many men are defaulting on their child support as housing takes up a huge chunk of income now unless you are wealthy.

/r/Divorce_Men10/02/24 01:13 AM

Sounds like a cold fish who dosent initiate. I'd have a serious talk about it. If her hands are not all over you she dose NOT have genuine burning desire for you. One of rich Cooper's talking points. Shes using youas a beta provider and shes just comfortable. Prolly won't leave cause your providing for her

/r/Divorce_Men02/02/24 01:02 AM

They all say that....that they want to fall in love again like it's some magicall.unicorn type thing. My ex wife said that too....women like the feeling and dopamine of being in love and if they can't get that then they bail..totally work on the tingles. And butterfly's. Not real reality.
/r/Divorce_Men02/02/24 12:48 AM

Being alone is Less painful then playing the relationship game. No punnany ever but that's ok. All I need is a quiet home and good kids in my life.
/r/Divorce_Men02/02/24 12:39 AM

/r/Divorce_Men01/02/24 05:38 PM

Only takes one person to divorce. No sense beating and berating yourself about what went wrong for her to end things. In time you will grow to accept it. No sense pining for someone who doesn't feel the same way.

So I'm sure your daughter blames you for the divorce. And good on you for sticking up for the BF. When girls get in packs they get vicious towards men. When they get older they will wonder where all the good men went

She a zero buddy... No morals. Resorts to sex work to make money. They always default to the oldest profession. So you really want this type of women in your life? Manipulating men through sex for money. She's done it in the past she will do it again... Who cares what she calls you. Pull the plug on this mess

Gotta do the Keanu move around all women now a days. Never know what they will come back with. Best to go hands off from now on.

Listen to what he's saying and take it for what it is. After a year most people are still a mess and there divorce usually isn't final. Sure it feels great to date and get out there but most people after a year just aren't ready.

Dude needs a grey divorce. Would likely be happier without the wench. She'll put him in an early grave. Not many men in nursing homes for a reason.

/r/Divorce_Men24/01/24 10:47 PM

Exactly! That's why it's investigated by professionals. Feminists don't agree with professionals if it goes against women. These rather just paint man = bad and no investigation at all of alienation...
/r/Divorce_Men24/01/24 02:37 PM
2

I saw that as well and it make me livid... I bet the majority of parents who practice this is from the woman's side. The feminists paint men as the ones doing all the alienating when women usually get majority custody. Something dosent add up... Feminists automatically assume it's the men doing 100% of all the abuse and 100% of all the alienating. I hope this doesn't get much traction...

Mostly men who have taken the red pill 💊 have been put through the ringer with divorce and do not wish to cohabite or even date any more due to the risk of losing another half of your stuff. Till the divorce laws get more onboard with men gaining more custody the system is broken

The CBC got a huge govermmentedia bailout and is funded by the leftie government of JT. Of course there is Misandry going on in there so called journalism. And yes men cannot be deprived or not advantaged group in Canada. It's all about women and children. Men don't matter one bit

Don't talk to her about finances at all. That's for your lawyer and you to hammer out. If you know she's gonna be unreasonable then there's no point trying to rationalize with her. Lawyer up. It's gonna be a ride. 4 years marriage and no kids should be fairly simple though. And OP do not listen to what she tells you about finances. Grey rock her

/r/Divorce_Men27/12/23 03:01 AM

So seems like her default state is to hoe around. She did it when she had a baby that wasn't yours and she just did it again. Can't keep women like that in your life. Feel sorry for the kid though....women need to be held to account for having babies with other men and hiding it. Truly disgusting human to do that.

If a woman wants to join and accompany me that's fine. I'm just not pursuing it at all. I think lots of men that have gotten burned by dating and divorce in general feel the same way

Lawyer up don't listen to what she wants to do. Her plan isn't realistic. You don't get 3 years to pay you out. Once the divorce is final all the money and assets get divved up. Get a lawyer and have them write a few letters pushing for a sale. Run up debt if you have to. You have 400k equity ...

I pay about 40% CS in Canada. So I had to adjust my lifestyle from a 4 bedroom house in a good area to a low rent apartment in a good area. Kids sleep on the couch and a cot when they are here. Can't afford more than a 2 bedroom apartment. Rents are now going almost for 2k a month where I live now. So I'm stuck in this crummy apartment. At least it's under rent control or I'd be for sure homeless.

One of my kids sleeps on the couch, another on a cot and the girl gets the bedroom. You pay for housing what you. An afford after child support or alimony. It is what it is you don't get expensive housing first than say oh well I have Nothing left for support or alimony. That would be a huge weight on you. Bottom line the system is totally fucked. I'd love in a better place if I wasn't bent over by the state every month. If I were him I'd pay the mortgage, and pay her child support based on publ…

Wut? You are going to marry a new woman already and had a random hookup with another woman? Def don't marry any of the women you are messing around with if you don't want to get divorce raped again in the future. Didn't you learn anything about how men are treated in divorce?

Ya they all say they were in an abusive relationship that's part for the course. If she's bpd then she's attracted to abusers and can't figure out a nice guy if it got them in the head

Good luck to you whatever happens 👍

Ya man it does! My mental health and self esteem was wrecked by my ex. Therapy made me see the situation was abusive. Bottom line is you do not want to be with someone that's always knocking you down. You want to be in a relationship with someone that's a compliment to your life and not a drag. Even if that means divorce and being single.
/r/Divorce_Men27/07/23 10:19 PM

You can't let her belittle you. I dealt with that in my marriage by just ignoring it. But have realized now that that behaviour is huge disrespect and needs to stop... It is a very good reason to divorce. Im enjoying being alone than being with a nagging and disrespectful wife. A woman should look up to and respect her man. You are doing more than your fair share over and above working a full time job. Don't blame you at all for wanting to pull the plug. The stress is unreal! I know as I used to…
/r/Divorce_Men27/07/23 07:31 PM

You have absolutely no control over how she chooses to spend child support or alimony. We all know morally it's not good to blow it on tats and boobs but she can do what she wants and the law supports her. Better get used to it... I pay like 46% child support and I know for dam sure I'm paying for my ex's house while I live in a shack. It's all par for the course my man. No sense getting bent outta shape as it's never gonna change.

Second opinion.. orthodontists are businesses selling braces. Of course they will say it's medically necessary. That's a major expense. I know I wouldn't pay it as I already pay enourmous child support.

/r/MensRights06/06/23 01:40 PM

Ya she can call it what she wants but you were officially married. She's just trying to manipulate you... Women so this in divorce. And just cause she's asking for her lawyer fees to be paid dosent mean it's actually going to happen. If she has savings and works then all that will come out in financial disclosure. She's asking for the moon 🌙 but likely will not get that in the end. This was not a long marriage at all.

If she truly is depressed she needs to DO something about it. Not talking to you or confiding in you is a huge problem. I'd give her an ultimatum. /r/Divorce_Men15/05/23 10:46 PM

I've never heard of this... I'm in Canada. Our laws are prolly much worse than yours. There is only a payor and a payee where I'm from and you pay the amount for number of kids and your income.from a published government table. That's it. You have no right to deviate from the published tables unless you get over 60% custody or make over 150k. Or unless you can prove undo hardship which is very hard to prove.
/r/MensRights15/05/23 08:29 PM

Everyone knows when the receiver gets child support they don't have to account for it and spend it on whatever they like. They do not have to tell the payor what they spent it on. And no court will ever enforce this... Waste of time. The system is broken. Yes in a perfect world this would work but not in the clown world 🤡 🌎 we live in.

That's a lot of money and it's over and above extra curricular activities. If it's not in the agreement to pay for private school I would not contribute. Sorry you got railroaded man. Just got to tell her NO from now on.

Why build a new home in retirement. That's unwise unless you can do it with no mortgage.

If you stay and have kids with her you will never have any more secs. Even less than now. That is gaurenteed. And if she's a laggard with the chores when the kid comes you will be doing 100% of the work. Like a no win scenario here.

Fixing a septic is just maintenance and shouldn't raise the value of a house as it's a necessary maintenance repair. Not like an addition or anything. Or something that might increase value like a kitchen makeover.

Who cares what she says dude....if she can't buy you out you gotta sell or you take over the house. Talk to your lawyer and don't take any advice from your ex

I make that and I'm not happy cause I can't afford a house even at that income with all the child support I pay..houses have become unaffordable even for someone with my income. Living with critters in a low rent apartment as it's all I can afford. I was suicidal for a few years after my divorce but my job has been my refuge.... Always made it I to work if not to turn my Brian off from divorce stuff for 8.hours a day. Dude needs to start getting in mental.shape and apply for jobs. As long as tha…

I hope you told her that her behaviour was not acceptable... But as you said you did all you could to make her life easy. It didn't get you anywhere in the end... Take that as a lesson to not be so agreeable with women... They take advantage of the nice guys like us....I was like that once as well..blue pulled to the core. Did everything the wife wanted. Moved numerous times to try to make her happy. In the end it all fell apart anyway. Big take away I learned is to live for yourself and your ki…

Seems like she was a radical feminist or something. Hard to live with someone like that once you have taken the red pill... In fact it's a repellent to most of us divorced guys who have been through the ringer. Wes rather be single than deal with a feminist and all her ideals.

Past adjustments and accommodating a woman does not mean she owes you any kind of debt or gratitude at all. It's how women operate... Take take take and no give. Get used to it. You were used as a utility and still could not keep her with all the stuff you did to make her life easier. There is no rhyme or reason to this at all. Moving forward look out for number one first and your kids. That's it. If a woman wants to come along she has to be accomodated in your life as a compliment and not a foc…

You come in here telling us you cheated on your wife multiple times and expect any sympathy? Got no time for cheaters. If you want other women or more.than one get divorced and stay single. Simple. Sounds like you can't handle being monogamous. Hey it's not for everyone. Perhaps you are one of those people.
/r/Divorce_Men17/04/23 12:01 AM
2

No not a sub concious type of thing. You did this all with sound mind knowing you would hurt your wife. She forgave you multiple times. And you messes up again consiously. I know I would never cheat on someone I'm with. It's not a moral thing to do in my book. Obviously you think differently. Perhaps find a therapist and work through that. And let your wife go. You don't deserve her

Mine called me a loser too... Of all the things she could say that hurt the most. And I'll always remember that. Projection is a woman's best friend... She was the actual loser in reality. I finally know that now.

Hot women are a dime a dozen. No shortage of them. They are not special just because they have beauty. They might be a complete knightmare... I'd suggest learning to be happy being single before you try to attract a mate. Women can see desperation a mile away. Work on yourself first and then women will be easier to attract. That is if you even want to bother. Being single is a pretty sweet life

/r/Divorce_Men24/03/23 07:46 PM

Living in the same house is HARD. Once I got my own place it was so much better. But don’t move out till you have a parenting plan set up. Like number one rule of men’s divorce.
/r/Divorce_Men24/03/23 05:23 PM

I’ve been their as well. Used to be so blue pulled and just took her bad behaviour with no consequences. I now know better and have learned not to put ANY woman on a pedestal. She has to jump through my frame and not the other way around. Wish they had all this content when I was young. Had to navigate the woman complex alone with no bro help. Men today have so much knowledge available

/r/Divorce_Men24/03/23 04:22 PM

Don’t engage in these conversations with her at all. Wtf cares what she tHINKS she can get. She hasn’t even seen a lawyer in person yet
/r/Divorce_Men24/03/23 03:22 PM

Do not discuss anything divorce related to her at ALL. She is your opponent now and not on your side. If she blurts out divorce stuff... walk away and grey rock.

/r/Divorce_Men21/03/23 03:20 PM

It’s the age old argument his money is her money and her money is her money. Get the picture?? Women divorce at horrendous rates the more educated they are and if they make more money than their husband... so nothing new here

She’s an alcoholic that chooses violence and booze over looking after a 4 month old. She’s not a suitable parent at all in this shape. Get all the evidence and make copies and go for full custody. Ya they HATE it when they blow up at you and you just ignore them... They are ALWAYS looking for a reaction as they are emotional creatures and not rational... I'd just ignore and when she says why are you ignoring just state till you treat me better I'm out. You need to train them that certain behaviour is unacceptable. If they don't get the picture then dump right away. She needs to get in your frame not the other way around.
/r/Divorce_Men28/02/23 08:00 PM

Men have all the pressure to perform and that comes up especially when new out of a divorce and a failed marriage. It takes time to get the mojo going. But seriously if your not attracted to her when she's naked then what's the point? Your Willy is telling you your not attracted. Your Willy is a barometer of sorts to how hot a woman is. Listen to it.

Crap man if she's having pychotic breaks with reality should of had her committed for a 48 hour stay at the Hilton.... It wouldn't look good for her getting any custody. I know that's kinda dirty but I wouldn't trust someone with pychotic episodes around my kids for their safety

"When this is over she won't be able to support them..." I suggest you read through this sub on all the men that get screwed I'm similiar situations to yourself. The state will make sure that she gets more than her fair share with max alimony and child support. As you have special needs kids the money demands might never stop... Dont. Worry about her ... but worry about yourself and your kids. That's what matters now.

Anything packaged has 5000 percent more sodium than cooking from scratch... I was the cook when I was married. My ex tried but gave up after a week of marriage. I always enjoy cooking. Especially when my kids come over.

Ya watch her men... My ex married a guy who verbally abuses my son... I told her to deal with it now! And she went to therapy with him. Don't think he's changed what a POS. And told my son he can always live with me. If your not blood you can't trust em... No way I'd want to get with a woman and help raise her kids. No fucking way. Ghost nation brothers
/r/Divorce_Men16/02/23 01:46 PM

Your so new in your relationship she's prolly hiding all her red flags. And relationships even bad ones are pretty good in the beginning. If you wife her up you need to see how she is with you long term. As stated earlier in the comments you are taking a huge gamble to get married. This coming from a guy with 3 kids paying 50% child support... Don't be like me. I'm screwed for another 13 years paying support and I'm 47. Don't make the same mistakes I did

Sounds like you've came to the same conclusion that that the juice is NOT worth the squeeze. And ya being retired you cannot lose anymore of your pension if you don't wife someone up. It's partly a risk benefit analysis to be in a relationship with a woman or not. And the NOs ring out overwhelmingly in today's society.
/r/Divorce_Men05/01/23 06:09 PM

Your basically the maid, cleaner, cook, etc etc you need a break!!
/r/Divorce_Men04/01/23 11:47 PM

Lay down the law... No more sleeping in... She needs to get the kids up and ready for school and have breakfast ready. That's the minimum she should do as she's not doing anything else important. Thing is you enabled this behaviour by allowing it in the first place. But an able bodied person like her needs SOMETHING in her life other than social media. She should be concentrating 100% on your family life. Id say that's a pretty big deal breaker with you taking on like all responsibilies. I know …
/r/Divorce_Men04/01/23 11:43 PM

Learn to be single dude. I've been single 7 years and can tell you the mental clarity I have is real. And I have no relationship stress at all... For sure to prolong a man's life not dealing with women's BS. Everytime I'm in a relationship I looks for red flags and am gone before issues become big problems. A lot of people cannot be alone but solitude is one thing you have to learn. In fact I prefer it.
/r/Divorce_Men04/01/23 03:47 PM

When the stress builds in a relationship it's time to leave. I have like no stress being single. Just being in a relationship especially with the wrong person is stress you do not need.
/r/Divorce_Men04/01/23 03:40 PM

Grey rock her dude and don't talk about custody. That's for you and your lawyer. Who cares what she's telling you. Good luck!

Paul Elam had a video last week where he was doing a presentation to a group and wrote the word men on the whiteboard. And asked people in the audience to write down the first thing that came to mind... It was a derogatory stuff... Men are pigs, men are misogynistic....men are etc etc. When he wrote women on the board everyone said positive things. Women are empathetic... Kind... You get the idea. Men are disposable and everyone hates us.
/r/MensRights30/12/22 11:12 PM

Ok she's not a liar but pulled 30k out of you account? Dude you need a lawyer NOW especially in CA. Don't cheapen out. Borrow of you have too. You need a lawyer in order to get a somewhat fair shake or you will get divorce raped.

It's your house stand your ground. Have a beer waiting for the BF. What she wants to do in your house should be on your terms and not hers if it's going to be your house. Just plain say NO
/r/Divorce_Men30/12/22 04:04 AM

Ya I hear ya man. My ex just stayed with me cause I supported her ass and she admitted she stayed cause she was comfortable... A little honesty would of been nice instead of hiding her true feelings for years and years
/r/Divorce_Men30/12/22 01:58 AM

Yes and that's why women on a whole are so irrational. No rational thought ever goes through there brains. It's all about ma emotions and ma feelings...
/r/Divorce_Men30/12/22 01:55 AM

Women and there hormones bud... And in divorce they all PROJECT onto you....hence why your getting hit with the nastiness....they ALL do that and it's par for the course. Just grey rock... No need to communicate if you don't have too
/r/Divorce_Men30/12/22 01:54 AM
5

Help her move stuff on the trucks but as others have said that's all you do. So not help her move in..that's on her to find friends or family and or hire movers. That's a good dividing line. The help stops at the property line.
/r/Divorce_Men29/12/22 10:24 PM

Yup seems like it. Spent all the money and always wanted bigger and bigger houses and stuff when married as well.
/r/Divorce_Men29/12/22 10:12 PM

Women are on dating sites and want to date men but that's a good point. None of them in there bios are looking for a hook up. I find most want to chat... Just mindless chatting till they get ma feelings. As they are emotional creatures more than men are. They all say they want a relationship. I've never found one ready to dtf right away. Even tho guys wanna shag right away...
/r/MensRights29/12/22 03:56 AM

Ya must have! Craziest women I've ever been with. I look out for all the red flags early on now... Or better yet just don't date period. So peaceful with no woman in your life to steal all your time from you.
/r/MensRights29/12/22 01:54 AM

Most separation agreements state you must have the current address and phone numbers to reach the children. And if it changes you are to notify the other parent. It's common courtesy. And I never answer numbers I don't know from outside area codes. Mostly scammers
/r/Divorce_Men28/12/22 10:58 PM

Ya I know but she dosent care. So entitled and says I make.way more money than her with no realization I give her like half my pay.
/r/Divorce_Men28/12/22 10:53 PM

Exactly! I called my ex gf crazy and she dumped me over it as a previous bf said that to her and she was emotionally shattered. I was just telling the truth. She was focking crazy... Went all ragey on me for like 3 days cause I didn't text her for 3 hours one night... What a total abusive bitch. Hence why I called her crazy. I knew she would end it as she was emotionally weak and unstable. Gotta been BPD
/r/MensRights28/12/22 05:09 PM
2

Anything I say she dosent believe. Always been a very difficult woman. I could get a side hustle. But I'm starting a construction job where I'll likely make good overtime. And the hours are long. The problem with overtime is it gets counted as gross income and my child support goes up accordingly the next year so I have to save the majority of it for that. OT is never gaurenteed.

It's war dude..don't let fuzzy feelings get in the way. There's always a winner and a loser In divorce. You don't want to be the loser. If she makes more money she can easily find another place to live till you both figure out what happens to the house.
/r/Divorce_Men28/12/22 02:33 AM
2

Thanks. I don't know why my ex thinks I have so much money left over. It really bothers me. At least i told her NO the other day. I've got to stay strong. Already went bankrupt once to get rid of my marriage and divorce lawyer debt. I'm not going to take a loan out again if I can help it.
/r/Divorce_Men28/12/22 01:19 AM

Like it's very hard to predict a man killing his own kid... I'd assume it's extremely rare. And mother's do it too. But it's the men that do it that gets laws changed.
/r/Divorce_Men27/12/22 11:51 PM

She can have it on her day. End of story. Why should a cheater get any favours?? Follow the divorce decree to the letter of the law. Don't feel bad about telling her NO. You have nothing to lose. Other than her being pissed off which might make you a little happy...
/r/Divorce_Men27/12/22 09:48 PM

/r/Divorce_Men23/12/22 09:01 PM

Her parents should refuse to look after the kids if it means you don't get to see them. They are enabling her atrousious behavior especially as you are available to be with you re kids on Christmas. Just document as mentioned and declare war with your lawyer ... Sucks man.
/r/Divorce_Men23/12/22 05:54 PM

Like number one rule of this sub almost is to not move out in the first place. You probably already know this. As you have no agreement and I assume you both own the house I'd have absolutely no qualms going in the house to retrieve your belongings. Who cares what she says. Pretend your a grey rock and you don't listen to anything she says. You have rights excercise them.
/r/Divorce_Men23/12/22 02:28 AM

/r/Divorce_Men22/12/22 10:28 PM

Your mistake was tellig her about going out with other women. Once you are separated except religious it's accepted to start dating right after separation. No need to keep her in the loop of your goings on... as you were living in the same house it's good to be respectful though and don't bring women over etc. Shoulda been a Grey rock dude. Sure things won't be comfortable in hearing about dating etc that's why you don't tell her. And vice versa. She's not yours any more it was just your turn

You are correct sir!! I’m in the same boat. Lost half of my pension and pay CS up the yin Yang. I can’t afford to lose another half of my pension… gotta protect what I have
/r/Divorce_Men21/12/22 03:10 PM
1

Well dude at least you know what ended the marriage and you got the help you needed to work on yourself and even you stated that it was just to LATE for her. So you now have to grove the loss of her leaving. And then in the future you will be more open to love with the next woman if you do choose to pursue woman again. Lots of us don’t pursue anymore as the stats on divorce for second and third marriages are astronomical… bottom line is you did finally did do the work you needed to do
/r/Divorce_Men21/12/22 03:02 PM
6

There should be a monkey branch law that forbids the opening of the vagina to other men before they get out of there current marriage or else they get like a 10 to 90 financial split. Boy would women then change
/r/Divorce_Men21/12/22 02:42 PM
8

Exactly! Happiness does not come from another person it comes from within… until women realize this they will blow through every man expecting them to make them happy. Life dosent work like that.
/r/Divorce_Men21/12/22 02:35 PM
10

Classic case of getting a manly chad then tiring of him cause he cant give her the emotional stuff but really pining for a beta provider… but we all know they never stay with a beta and always long for chads Dick but can’t get chad anymore as they are post wall… so they herd cats and drink boxed wine all mad at the world. We all know how that goes… she’s in the wrong sub to get any form of validation for her feelings
/r/Divorce_Men21/12/22 02:31 PM
5

So you got a man’s man eh? Ya men like that woman are initially attracted to but you know you can never win with them and yes they will never change. Looks like you looking for a beta provider type… one that will cow tow to you and never say NO. Flip side is that you will fall out of attraction for him eventually as well. Just be single then and herd cats and boxed wine. No man will ever make you happy as happiness dosent come from another person it’s comes from within…
/r/Divorce_Men21/12/22 02:26 PM
3

I don’t know about you… but I was matching with women 50+ on dating sites… never 20s or 30s… if you want them you usually have to get a sugar momma or are like a 10 on smv
/r/Divorce_Men21/12/22 02:21 PM
10

Usually the man ends up in the crappy rental while the ex wife keeps the house or has enough cash to get a house… from a dude who live in a rental shack..
/r/Divorce_Men21/12/22 02:19 PM
10

Cats… and boxed wine getting wasted every night cause she can… and don’t need no man
/r/Divorce_Men21/12/22 02:16 PM
5

It's easy... She should Keep your tummy full and your balls empty. Lol
/r/Divorce_Men19/12/22 04:21 PM
6

Your first mistake was thinking you had to be able to support her... Women today can support themselves or just don't marry them. I learned that lesson after supporting my ex for the whole marriage. All I can say is never again!
/r/Divorce_Men19/12/22 04:19 PM
3

You need good LEGAL advice for all this and need to stop worrying about her feelings. Etc. Sound like she has you wrapped around her finger.
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 11:48 PM
3

A big NO. End of story don't bring it up again. Batter yet get a lawyer to write a letter and say the same thing. That the child can NOT leave the country. Time to play hard ball bud. If you don't your kids gone. And for Pete's sake stop paying for her stuff. Don't be a door mat. Read up on how to be more assertive with her. She wants to manipulate you.
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 11:41 PM
3

If it's tight now then you can't afford a household. That's the answer. Likely no house and a crappy apartment like the rest of us divorced dad's. On top of the fact houses are not affordable right now
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 10:36 PM
5

Borrow borrow borrow that's what I had to do.... Lines of credit then credit cards then bankruptcy... All good now tho ...
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 10:34 PM
1

Ya and so many women fall in love after having sex like it's some magic love pill. My ex gf said I love you after 2 weeks... Now I know that's a huge red flag
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 04:36 PM
4

Wow a guy does this once and she's gone but a woman does this every week and we stay ... Why??
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 04:14 PM
5

Sucks....don't do it ever again
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 04:13 PM
3

Me too had a bpd girlfriend. That shit takes years off your life of you stay with them. I got the fuc out quick. She called me an asshole but I'm not. I don't put up with abuse of any kind.
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 04:12 PM
3

Haha mine didn't either. Barely cleaned but I took over the cooking after a week of marriage cause she sucked at it big time. Always made runny lasagne. Gross as fuc
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 04:09 PM
4

You nailed it!!! Ii did all that too... Everything the wife suggested to make her happy... Forgive me I was a huge simp back then... Nothing makes a wife happy that comes from within... And red pill or bust now
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 04:07 PM
13

Ya I saw that too… he’s not an alpha if he doesn’t mate guard his wife and tell her to stop orbiting male friend… needs to listen to rich cooper and read his book… dudes not alpha at all. And ya… real men don’t let there wives go on girls trips… nothing good happens on these trips. And yup she cheated
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 01:41 AM
19

Hold on… Dosent pay a bill in 10 years and racks up 50k in credit per year… wtf dude your not financially compatible and she’s a leach. I’d ditch her for that. She’s not financially responsible and has a spending problem: just as bad as a drinking/drug problem. Not a good example for kids at all
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 01:40 AM
3

My exs husband swears at my son and calls him names. He's a piece of shit... I told ex she has to deal with him and they were in counselling. He's 18 now. So I'm gonna suggest he live with me to get away from that POS. He's dosent even answer the door when I come over to get the kids.. think he's afraid of me. Ex did a huge downgrade and told me she might separate... The biggest abusers of kids are step parents!!!!the statistics are horrendous on this. Hence why I stay single. It's less complica…
/r/Divorce_Men18/12/22 12:35 AM
1

Yes spend a bit and get legal advice. Good idea
/r/Divorce_Men17/12/22 10:51 PM

Eating cheese before bed makes you have crazy vivid dreams.
/r/Divorce_Men17/12/22 04:36 PM
4

I used to drive myself crazy trying to interpret dreams....I've decided that my dreams are all mumbo Jimbo and don't really mean anything at all. I dream of my ex all the time by it wouldn't want to be near her with a 10 foot pole. Just ignore the dreams.
/r/Divorce_Men17/12/22 04:35 PM
1

You can't lose half your house if you move out... You will get 50% it's a marital asset. Your kids are almost all grown... No downside to moving out and will be good for your mental health once you pull the trigger on separation
/r/Divorce_Men17/12/22 04:33 PM
2

Set a court date....I bet she will be willing to settle when you apply more pressure. Going around in circles isn't working...
/r/Divorce_Men17/12/22 01:43 AM

People without there dad's in there life growing up get massively fucked up... Big red flag
/r/Divorce_Men16/12/22 08:32 PM
6

Fuc that. No one's taking my hoodie...lol
/r/Divorce_Men16/12/22 08:29 PM

Fight fight fight and don't settle for any of her and her lawyers trifle... Good luck man
/r/Divorce_Men16/12/22 08:28 PM
4

Why should the company pay when they are separated?
/r/Divorce_Men16/12/22 03:21 PM
2

You need a physical address to show stability for your child. How are they supposed to go to school and have friends if your always travelling you need a home base pronto. Or you will likely lose custody of your child..courts like stability.
/r/Divorce_Men16/12/22 02:14 PM
2

It's not a simple divorce if you haven't split assets accordingly. Seems like it's contested. And you need a lawyer to resolve.
/r/Divorce_Men16/12/22 02:10 PM
1

Ya mostly men that's all why we are here. Had to acknowledge the other 1%. Lol. We all know the other gender dosent acknowledgeems struggles
/r/Divorce_Men16/12/22 01:39 PM
3

Oh geez that sucks then. I'd get a good lawyer and fight to the end.
/r/Divorce_Men15/12/22 11:03 PM
1

Yup it's not just men... But the high earner that gets shafted
/r/Divorce_Men15/12/22 10:47 PM

Mine pays for my exs house... While I live in a focking Shack...
/r/Divorce_Men15/12/22 10:46 PM

How the hell can they make you pay college of you can't afford it? I've told my kids mom the kids are on there own for there education. I already pay 50% CS. Can't get more blood from this stone!!
/r/Divorce_Men15/12/22 10:43 PM

Geezus...
/r/Divorce_Men15/12/22 10:42 PM

Really good at bobsledding I hear...
/r/Divorce_Men15/12/22 10:39 PM
4

If I were you I'd just skip the country... Kids are adults. She dosent dersve a penny if she got houses and gets to keep the rent. That's a rediculous amount to pay. Seriously skip the country
/r/Divorce_Men15/12/22 10:35 PM
1

No woman in your life....stack that cash
/r/Divorce_Men15/12/22 03:21 PM
4

Typical man bad female good. That's crazy you got 70 recordings of her abuse. That she would do all that with you recording and have no reprecussions is alarming. I'd say you should dore your lawyer and find a lawyer who will go to bat for you.
/r/Divorce_Men14/12/22 07:56 PM

The hotter they are the crazier they are ...I don't trust anyone that bleeds...
/r/Divorce_Men14/12/22 03:06 PM

Keep them 49ers away from me... Lol
/r/Divorce_Men14/12/22 03:01 PM

Haha great one! She thought she was going to get a hold mine from you. Not worthless land in Arizona
/r/Divorce_Men14/12/22 02:02 PM
10

Or crotch spawn for that matter
/r/Divorce_Men13/12/22 09:22 PM
1

Ya seeing someone every day is not interesting and I'd rather do my own thing anyway. Once or twice a week getting together would be enough for me. She should be a compliment to my life and not the focus. Like so many simps don't understand. Familiarity breeds contempt.
/r/Divorce_Men13/12/22 09:18 PM
3

Only way it could possibly work... Equality. If not stay single and protect your wealth 🤑
/r/Divorce_Men13/12/22 09:15 PM
1

Ya stop feeding the narc....there's books on this subject. Hard to stop if you are used to tending to her needs.
/r/Divorce_Men12/12/22 09:25 PM
2

Grey rock dude... Grey rock... She dosent exist anymore.
/r/Divorce_Men12/12/22 09:23 PM
1

Man what a disgusting thing to find. Like others have said just time and distance will stay to heal things. Your at the beginning of a new journey. Things will get better! But it takes time
/r/Divorce_Men11/12/22 07:50 PM
3

Make her work bruh if you have to get married… just scroll through all the posts of men having gotten massively divorce raped to see why… Inequality in divorce will come out of your pockets… a pre nip likely won’t save you 20 years from now
/r/Divorce_Men11/12/22 03:01 AM
1

Ya grey rock around her dude. Ya women can't stand it. As they can't desipher what your feeling. That's the point. She should not occupy any space in your head. Stoicism helps as well. It's a higher level of being... Women just won't get it as they are all emotional creatures
/r/Divorce_Men09/12/22 09:12 PM
4

To be fair ya people go on dates all the time and let the older kids babysit the younger ones. I've done it a few times but it's definitely not a.weekly occurence. And if I had the choice I wouldn't use my kid time to date
/r/Divorce_Men09/12/22 02:20 AM
1

Grey rock works well as well....
/r/Divorce_Men09/12/22 02:18 AM
19

Shows you where her priorities lie that's for sure... Any women that would give up time with her kids is not a woman id want to be with...
/r/Divorce_Men09/12/22 01:46 AM
1

Tell her to count calories and keep her self accountable daily! It's the only way to actually lose weight and not gain it. Weigh herself daily!!
/r/Divorce_Men08/12/22 06:27 PM
14

Women get the absolute worst relationship advice from other women friends! Sure as shit one of her new friends is divorced and pushing it on your ex... They all do that! Women are like pack animals in that regard.
/r/Divorce_Men08/12/22 06:13 PM
5

This is epic! I love the three strike rule. And way to go dude! Got it all done with little drama.
/r/Divorce_Men08/12/22 06:08 PM
10

Do not listen or be swayed by her words or actions for that matter. Pretend your a grey rock....nothing can hurt you and you don't give a fuck about her drama cause that's all this is. Female.drama
/r/Divorce_Men06/12/22 09:04 PM
3

If she's bailing to another country I'd not pay anything. Like when are you going to see your kid??
/r/Divorce_Men06/12/22 06:25 PM
2

She will have to work once divorced. Unless she finds a sugar daddy
/r/Divorce_Men06/12/22 03:43 AM
1

Better get some loob...
/r/Divorce_Men06/12/22 02:56 AM
9

In my case child support for 3 kids is so much they didn't award alimony or I wouldn't have any money to live! Already pay 50% of my pay... And ya she didn't work... And my lawyer said no bother trying to get more custody as they would declare her the primary caregiver anyway... Word of the story...in hindsight. Never let the wife not work!!
/r/Divorce_Men06/12/22 02:54 AM
2

Put your pay in a new account and only put enough in joint to pay bills... No law against this and stops her sneaky spending.
/r/Divorce_Men05/12/22 10:42 PM
1

Ya all she has to do is cry a bit and OP wants to cover her mortgage...
/r/Divorce_Men04/12/22 07:29 PM
3

If it's in the parenting plan dosent seen like it's even enforceable? What's the dispute resolution for this in your agreement? Maybe do your own homework on her. Do a background check etc. Maybe that would ease your mind.
/r/Divorce_Men02/12/22 05:05 PM
3

That's great dude! Wish I got 50/50 but my province isn't into 50/50. And my lawyer said I had no chance so I didn't fight. I'm hindsight I wish I did fight. But my kids moved and hour away
/r/Divorce_Men02/12/22 04:28 PM
8

Well if she didn't work she didn't work. Depending where you live this could be one sided in the custody arrangement. Fight for 50\50. She had degrees she will have to get a job now.
/r/Divorce_Men02/12/22 04:16 PM
16

Well of course divorce gets expensive... Your going from one house to 2 residences. Everyone has this problem. And if she can't refi the house then that's just to bad. Rent a crummy apartment like most single dad's do while paying support...
/r/Divorce_Men02/12/22 02:40 PM
9

Sounds like you shouldn't of made a hoe a housewife. She was probably too young at 19 to settle down anyway. Still in her party years and back blown out every Saturday night stage
/r/Divorce_Men02/12/22 03:59 AM
7

Felate a 12 gauge... :)
/r/Divorce_Men01/12/22 11:46 PM

Me too! Numerous times. It's not a friendly safe space for men. Full of raging angry women. Men are different. We like to support each other.
/r/Divorce_Men01/12/22 10:22 PM
3

They all are totally blameless and we know we only get one side of every story on these Reddit's
/r/Divorce_Men01/12/22 10:21 PM
2

Ya it's no way to live with threats and I'd never do that. It's like walking in eggshells not a fun stress to live with!
/r/Divorce_Men01/12/22 10:20 PM
3

And it's acceptable in this society to hate men...
/r/Divorce_Men01/12/22 06:34 PM
3

Haha ya I always senond guess myself posting there afraid to get pounced on and downvoted. So gynocentric
/r/Divorce_Men01/12/22 06:33 PM
3

Geez man you make 185 k and she has a decent job. The hit for spousal won't be that long. Just take it and move on. If your not attracted to your wife no point in being married anymore. Especially if she isn't going to change her weight for you
/r/Divorce_Men01/12/22 06:30 PM
3

Haha listen to people's actions more than their words... But I wouldn't put up with a woman constantly threatening divorce. It's real shitty if she didn't mean it. But tough. The words came out of her mouth and have to come from somewhere. Men can't read minds like women think we can
/r/Divorce_Men01/12/22 06:25 PM
8

Who cares what she wants. Lawyer up and fight. It's no holds barred time. Kid gloves are off
/r/Divorce_Men30/11/22 03:21 PM
3

Grey rock method. Do not let her drama get to you.
/r/Divorce_Men29/11/22 02:17 PM

Rember talk is cheap... It's actions that matter.
/r/Divorce_Men27/11/22 05:24 PM
2

Bottom line she's a huge CUNT. It's been 7 years and she's still being vindictive and manipulative. Like who does stuff like that? Only really fucked up people do ..
/r/Divorce_Men27/11/22 05:23 PM
12

My ex said I was controlling as well. And I'm far from it .. it's just projection my man. They are Insecure and make shit up... Bottom line
/r/Divorce_Men26/11/22 05:10 PM
3

Why would I want to take back the trash from the curb???
/r/Divorce_Men26/11/22 01:09 AM
1

Let’s hope she doesn’t fuck up the kids too much.
/r/Divorce_Men26/11/22 12:22 AM
12

Haha yes! I'm not even American but watched football today and wanted turkey so I got some drum sticks and cooked them all up for myself. And yes I celebrate all the holidays with my kids with proper meals with turkey and all the fixings. I was the cook when I was married. Men... You got this!!
/r/Divorce_Men25/11/22 12:23 AM
1

I'm in Ontario. Maybe it's different here. My separation agreement didn't mention who pays for higher education. I I know for sure I won't be able to contribute virtually anything as I only live in 2200 a month after support. So the kids are on there own. I will get a pretty good inheritance from my mom when she passes. So perhaps I'll gift them some money at that time.
/r/Divorce_Men25/11/22 12:17 AM
2

Yes I don't wanna create tension but my kids are all teens and ask me why I live in a substandard apartmemt and why I don't have a house. I don't tell them the amount I pay just that where I live right now is all I can afford. I think eventually I will tell them the actual amount. My daughter was asking for some winter clothes and I gave her a little bit of money but so badly wanted to tell her to ask her mom as that's exactly what child support should pay.
/r/Divorce_Men25/11/22 12:13 AM

Ya... Ward and June cleaver sure we're happy!!!
