I told my wife I wanted a divorce, I have not been the best husband so for some backstop

I got caught in a texting relationship, yes they were dirty and I own my part in the affair that never went physical. This is my wrong doing.

I won't say anything about her other than since the argument after I said we should split. She has used our child as a pawn. I asked this morning to take him to see his grand parents, she said ok. When I left for work she called saying I couldn't take him because I wouldn't bring him back. There is no custody arrangement and we have not filed for anything yet, or I haven't. She may have but idk. I know she is working with county agencies. But I am not sure that they have the power to file these things.

Anyways, until I can talk to lawyer tomorrow, what are my options here? Do I have any?
