If you don’t like how someone looks it’s prob best to not fuck them
/r/seduction01/11/22 01:06 AM

What does that mean? So, if she says what are you looking for…why would you lie?
/r/seduction01/11/22 12:29 AM

Why would you not tell the truth? Serious question

I’m late 30s (so prob a good bit older than you and the women you are talking to). Things that I most appreciate would be: Sending a few messages back-and-forth but not constantly. Honestly unless we’re having an actual conversation over text a simple “how was your day?” Text in the evening is perfect. And I’m not busy and have the energy that is a great intro for me to share about my day and ask about yours. Is changing phone numbers fairly quickly. I know it’s a little bit old school but I rea…

I’m a woman and yes definitely. This is part of why it’s so important to meet in person quickly after connecting on an app. If you’re on a dating app, women often get a lot of matches. So they are often having many conversations at once. I have to take a break from swiping sometimes because I’m having too many conversations at once and I can’t keep them.

Shoot your shot. “Hey, we matched on bumble and then I saw you on insta (looks like we have some mutuals…how do you know so and so?) - would love to take you out” If she was busy she may have missed messaging you before bumble expired. If she doesn’t respond on insta or says no then you have your answer!

It was brought up in context. Also there are plenty of things men could say on the subject if I bring it up that don’t involve you judging my body. I put the list in the comment thread somewhere

To me it’s like mentioning “when I was in high school”…it’s just context

So disease is not negative it’s just impolite?
/r/seduction21/10/22 02:48 PM
1

I’m sorry if I misunderstood. In my understanding the word disease has a negative connotation. Are there positive diseases that I’m not aware of?
/r/seduction21/10/22 02:42 PM
1

Again there is nothing inherently bad about being fat. It’s not a disease. Are there diseases linked to obesity? Sure. But there are diseases linked to many physically obvious traits. There is nothing aggressive about mentioning “back when I was thin I did xyz” for example I was talking to a date recently about fashion from our teen years and how low rise jeans were so popular but you had to be thin to wear them. These are not sensitive topics. It’s just conversation. And if my date doesn’t seem…
/r/seduction21/10/22 02:03 PM

Being fat is not a deep topic. It’s literally one of the most obvious physical traits of a person. By your logic I also shouldn’t talk about my hair color or the shoes I have on.
/r/seduction21/10/22 12:52 PM

1) wow you’re an asshole 2) I’ve not been single very long so no not a ton of “fun night” but I don’t consider anonymous sex a fun night. If I’m going to have an anonymous hookup that is gonna be clear in advance…sounds right me like you just ghost people which is again toxic and shitty
/r/seduction21/10/22 12:51 PM

It’s not a trap. I think maybe this is where I didn’t explain well. It’s not that you can’t respond or comment at all…but commenting in a judge-mental way (positive or negative) is different Some examples: woman says “I want to lose 40 lbs” Appropriate responses - oh that’s cool - do you work out? What kind of exercise? - will you change your diet? - I’ve struggled with/succeeded with losing/gaining weight in the past so I sympathize - I did something similar - let me know if you want some tips …
/r/seduction21/10/22 03:17 AM

Exactly. This is why communication is so important. I think many women would agree that having a man comment on their weight or body is not great.
/r/seduction21/10/22 02:37 AM
1

1) if you can’t tell the difference between a joking “you’re dumb” and actually calling someone dumb, then you need major help. 2)you don’t know my thinking process. I shared one piece of advice. One that I think many women would agree with. That is not my full thinning process. And the idea of fucking someone and never contacting them again is some awful toxic shit.

Worry about what? I don’t see where I asked whether I should worry about something so I’m not sure what you’re talking about
/r/seduction21/10/22 12:43 AM

Thanks :) As a general rule, a woman who is seeking your approval/validation/compliments is prob not someone you want to get involved with. She is likely to be needy and attention seeking. I was like this in my teens/20s and did a lot of dumb shit bc of it. I wish guys had known not to play into it…it would have been beneficial for me and my relationships
/r/seduction20/10/22 05:45 AM
-4

It doesn’t trigger me. I’m offering advice about talking to women in a group where people ask for advice about talking to women….
/r/seduction20/10/22 05:43 AM
1

Exactly. It depends on the context of the conversation. It may be an opportunity to ask questions or it may just be an fyi piece of info. I do think men have it rough sometimes bc there are many women who will say things in an attempt to get compliments or validation. There is a difference between me saying “I’m fat” vs me saying “ugh I’m so fat and disgusting” …one is a neutral descriptor and the other is a judgement that is prob aimed at seeking validation.
/r/seduction20/10/22 05:13 AM
0

Seduction is about conversation in most cases. Ive seen numerous posts if guys saying “what do I say if she says xyz” I thought this might be a useful piece of info for some men out there. If not, ok, just keep scrolling.
/r/seduction20/10/22 05:10 AM

For someone who claims they want to be good with women, you certainly are quick to call one dumb. Fun fact = women don’t like being called dumb
/r/seduction20/10/22 05:08 AM
-11

It’s a positive judgement but it’s a judgement nonetheless. If you are out with me, I assume you think I am at least a little attractive. I don’t want additional comments. Now, if I ask you “do you think I should lose weight?” Or “do you usually date women my size?” Then yes I’m looking for your feedback. But if I just say “I’d like to lose 40 lbs” that is not an invitation for you to tell me if you agree.
/r/seduction20/10/22 04:35 AM
-10

I don’t bring it up as a topic of discussion I bring it up as a reference. For example, I used to be on a dance team. I know I don’t look like the traditional dancer anymore so I might put in context “back when I was thinner I was on a dance team”…it’s the same as saying “back in high school”…just puts it in context. In the latter example I’m not asking him to comment on my high school. Again just context.

Why is meeting a gym girl important?
/r/seduction25/07/22 01:15 PM
19

Many women do not appreciate being approached in their day to day life such as walking down the street or in the gym. And many women feel unsafe when they are approached in this manner. If you want to have success with women, choosing a time and place where they will not mind being approached is key…if you approach at the gym for example you are likely to be viewed as a creep or overly aggressive or a threat to a woman’s safety
/r/seduction25/07/22 02:31 AM
2

Negging is immature. Just be nice to the woman and maybe she’ll want to give you her nunber
/r/seduction28/06/22 11:22 PM

Calling it a tantrum is interesting. A tantrum is something a young child has…not a grown up. So it sounds like she is getting upset for reasons you don’t think are good…and then she’s behaving in an immature manner. Is that correct? When problems occur in relationships some people like to talk them out right away and other people need time to process their feelings. Neither is wrong but it’s important to communicate. Next time she gets upset, can you ask her directly “do you want to talk about …

Yes, many people will choose the cupcake. And that’s reality. I put myself together, dress well, etc. I never be the cupcake and that’s ok. I’m looking for the right customer who is willing to try the pastry that may not be the prettiest.
/r/seduction21/06/22 01:18 AM
1

Lol I’ll take that as a yes. Your statistics are based on your personal feelings. It’s not based on fact. Do people like looking at attractive people? Yes. Does our beauty ideal (at least in the us) put thinner people about fatter people. Also yes. But personal preference is just that…personal. People are a lot more than just how they look. We may start with looks bc it’s all you can see up front…that’s why it’s important to “do the best with why you have” - dress well, shower, etc. but if someo…

Right. I agree that we like what we like. It doesn’t change often but it can. Especially in LTRs. But I don’t think you are understanding the difference between fetishizing and be into attracted to. It’s related but not exactly the same. Fetishing means sort of obsessing over one characteristic of a person. Think about a foot fetish. Or in your case, if you fetishize fit women, you might find yourself touching and being super attracted to individual parts of their body vs looking at the whole pi…

Lol even if I was thin I was never one of the “hot people”….so it’s not an option regardless of my weight.
/r/seduction20/06/22 06:41 PM

Of course not! I hate when people do that. I always have at least one full body pic on my profile.

Why do you think they wouldn’t be the men I want?
/r/seduction20/06/22 04:25 PM
2

There is a difference in being attracted to someone and fetishizing them. I don’t like the idea that a guy would like me bc I’m heavy. Bc that stuff can change. I’ve been 135 lbs and I’ve been 190 and everywhere in between. The human body is…complicated. I understand people have preferences (I have them too) but I’d like to find someone who is attracted to me as a person first.

It sounds like you are at a crossroads in life trying to figure out what you want. And that’s totally ok and very normal. I think that a good way to get out of a rut is to try new things. Try a new activity, take a class, travel to a new place. My instinct is that you have always viewed yourself one way and trying new things and putting yourself into new situations will help you learn about different sides of your personality. This will lead you to a better appreciation of yourself and may give …

Is it only when you have sex with her that you are bothered by this?
/r/seduction22/04/22 01:14 AM
1

Sounds like you need to tell her your intentions and what you are prepared for. She has told you what she’s looking for in a guy…so if what she needs and what you are prepared to give don’t line up, may be best to not bother
/r/seduction18/04/22 12:05 AM
1

Just be honest about your intentions. If you don’t know your intentions, just be honest about that. Read body language. Accept it if you hear “no” but don’t assume that no sex means they aren’t interested in you at all. And if someone mistakes your intentions or tries to say all you want is sex when you’ve not acted in that way…we’ll, that’s someone you probably should stay away from

She might be busy. And some people just don’t like a ton of communication between dates. I think the next date you have, you should let her coordinate details. Agree on a day and time and let her know you are “game for whatever she wants to do”
/r/seduction12/04/22 04:06 AM
1

From the details you shared in another response it sounds like she isn’t really doing this to get attention…more for her own confidence. And it does sound like she is looking for some validation. As a one time thing I don’t think it’s a big deal but if she does this a lot I would be worried that she needs too much validation from external sources

Would you be open to or interested in dating more than one person at a time? I know some demi folks don’t like that but others are ok with it. Would these potential partners be ok with a non exclusive relationship? Not recommended if these multiple people will have to see each other socially bc that could get awkward

Text her a couple times this week. Not every day. Maybe Tuesday and Thursday. On Tuesday you are just saying hey and asking how’s her week going. Tell her something about your week as well…a quick funny story/anecdote or something that’s on your mind (something positive preferably or something related to a mutual interest). If/when she texts you back, respond but not right away. You don’t need to be texting 24/7. Then on Thursday you say something like you are looking forward to hanging out and …

I had this situation years ago. There was a guy friend that I wanted to hook up with (we were both single and I had always thought he was hot). But we had mutual friends including my ex so it was a little weird. Eventually I got tired of being subtle and just texted him that I was super attracted to him and would like to have some fun. I left it open and said something like “if you’re not feeling it that’s totally cool and I hope I didn’t make it weird” We ended up hooking up a few times and hav…

Men seem to be more direct in their communication very often. So this might actually be easier than picking up a woman. Say hi, maybe offer to buy him a drink. Ask him how he likes the show, has he seen other performances by the band, where is a good place e to hang after the concert (and does he want to join you)
/r/seduction12/04/22 03:52 AM

If she is making plans with you then she is still interested. But it sounds like she has some other issues. Maybe it’s parents. Maybe she has some issues with anxiety and gets nervous and flakes. Whatever the reason, if you are ok with last minute plans and last minute cancellations then feel free to keep seeing her. But don’t get too committed unless she shows you she can be reliable.
/r/seduction12/04/22 03:49 AM

I wouldn’t give up on it just yet. Schedule the second date but don’t push too hard for it. Suggest some days/times and suggest an activity or two. See how she responds. If she says yes or suggests and alternate day/activity that’s fine too but don’t rearrange your schedule for her. Then see how the vibe is on the next date. Some people are not great or don’t like to communicate a ton between dates.
/r/seduction12/04/22 03:46 AM

Is it possible you got in your own way by reassuring her you didn’t want anything serious? If she was getting feelings for you and then you said that…it might have hurt her feelings.
/r/seduction12/04/22 03:42 AM

Never do it again unless they are in an open relationship and you confirm that with the husband. These are people you have to see regularly and that could make your life very hard if she was cheating. People who are cheating often tell their partner about the cheating at some point and that could make you a target for the husbands rage. Gtfo this situation asap.

I was single again in my early 30s and online was the best option by far. Just try to minimize the time texting on apps. Once you match, have a few messages and then try to set a quick date. It can be an hour for coffee or something. Hell, you can do that multiple times in one day if you want. Can you also ask if any of your friends gfs/wives have people to set you up with?
/r/seduction10/04/22 11:11 PM

Late 30s woman here. First of all, I would encourage you to think about what “losing your virginity” means to you. I think most people would say that piv is the tipping point but there are other kinds of virginity. I would be careful not to put too much attachment to one specific sex act. In my experience I did some sex acts with a bf in high school when I was like 16ish. Then after high school I had piv with my bf (i was 18). I feel very lucky that I was in relationships with the people I had t…

True change has to be for you. If you change with the intention of pleasing other people, you are setting yourself up for failure. Be who you are. Love who you are. Make changes for you bc you care about yourself and want to invest in your future. Anyone who thinks the above is not the definition of hvm is an idiot. There is not just one way to be.

Dating a young single parent can be a challenge but if they have substantial help with childcare it may not be very different from dating anyone else. Just make sure she isn’t trying to find a dad for her kid. Don’t meet the kid unless you get really serious
/r/seduction08/04/22 01:54 AM

I’d encourage you to do some more self reflection on this. Also do you thinking maybe you are being too picky about how people look?
/r/seduction08/04/22 01:52 AM

It’s strange she would deny then if you had a good interaction. Strange.
/r/seduction08/04/22 01:40 AM

If you’ve been dating a month and have not kissed she probably thinks you are not interested. She may be trying to make you jealous. I think you need to lay your cards on the table and talk about what you feel and what you want. It may be she wants something faster paced and that’s ok but you may not be the guy for her.
/r/seduction07/04/22 10:14 PM
1

Don’t exaggerate or give sarcastic answers. That only makes the situation worse. If someone says this kind of thing to you, they are feeling vulnerable or insecure so responding in a joking manner will make them feel belittled.
/r/seduction07/04/22 10:11 PM
1

Unfortunately this is just one of those things you’ll have to learn to accept about yourself since you can’t change it. Some women will choose taller guys but those are not the women for you so don’t worry about it. Fwiw I once dated a guy about my same height and it was great bc I didn’t have to get on my tiptoes to kiss him. It was nice to be eye to eye.
/r/seduction07/04/22 10:10 PM
1

You have to do some self reflection on this. What are the real reasons you back out? My instinct is that you may have some fear of rejection so you opt out of situations rather than risk rejection Z

Sounds like you need talk talk with her about what you both want. If she felt it was getting too serious she might not be someone that can do casual sex without developing feelings. It sounds like you are fine to have sex and don’t develop feelings so quick so it may not be a good match. But you can definitely flirt with her via text and let her know you’ll be in town to try and meet up

I understand the frustration. I think this is less of a “women give bad advice” thing and more than each person is so different. One woman isn’t going to know why another woman is thinking or feeling any better than a man would know what another man is thinking/feeling

Women can give good advice to men about dating if they have the full story. In my experience, men will leave out important details and then ask women for advice…if the course the advice is shit bc we didn’t have the full story

Seducing someone into a relationship is dangerous territory. I’m female and honestly it kind of happened to me once. Sex is a part of a relationship for sure but if you start off having a sexual connection with someone it’s harder to turn that into a relationship. Vs starting off by dating someone and developing a sexual connection. If he was in a long term relationship or if he otherwise doesn’t seem ready to date, don’t push. Be his friend if you are ok with that…but don’t expect anything more…

It sounds like she is projecting a bit. Basically it sounds like she is not sure her feelings for you and is instead implying that you aren’t sure of your feelings for her. It’s backwards but we are human and this happens. I’d pull back. Let her know you like her and want to continue spending time together but you want her to be comfortable. Let her set the pace. She may start reaching out more or she may ghost…either way will be ok

If you were exchanging looks for too long without an actual conversation she may have felt insecure or maybe a little creeped out. It doesn’t sound like you did anything wrong except for maybe being a little shy. Is there a reason you can talk to her? Just a simple question or something to show that you aren’t just someone who looks at her. Some suggestions: - “can you remind me when that meeting is?” - “I’m going to grab coffee for a few people - do you want anything?” - “a few of us are going …

Be up front with what you want. If you are just looking for sex, let her know that. If she is looking for the same, then prob no sense holding back if there is interest and desire on both sides. If you are looking for a relationship, err on the side of caution. You aren’t going to lose a relationship bc you waited one extra date to kiss her.

Introduce yourself and your dog. Ask how long she has lived there for. If you are new to the area ask for recommendations (“I’m looking for good lunch spots nearby - any recommendations?”). Talk about stuff in the neighborhood (“do you know when the pool will open for the summer?”). Question. What is she doing when you’re walking her dog? Is she working out?

This sounds very confusing and like neither of you was clear on what you wanted or how you felt. So step 1 is figure out how you feel about this guy. If you aren’t sure that is ok but own that. If you want to hang out and see how it goes, tell him that. Say something like “I feel like we weren’t on the same page last time we hung out” and then offer to hang again. But have a plan this time with a definite start and end (do you want to get dinner with me at x restaurant?)

Some women like to be pursued. Some women like to play hard to get. Or it may be that she wasn’t interested in him at first but the more time she spent around him the more she liked him and changed her mind. Honestly, it’s kind of creepy to ask a woman for her number multiple times. It worked out for this guy this one time but I think that’s more an exception than a rule.

This woman seems off kilter. I would steer clear of anyone who gives drastic mixed messages like that
/r/seduction05/04/22 01:39 AM

I guess the point is to enjoy her company when you are in the same city. Is she someone you would want to stay I touch with when you are not local?

Is she still sending dirty texts after she turned you down?

Alcohol lowers inhibitions so sex comes easiest when drunk. But building connection, having fun, bonding, laughing together…those things also create intimacy which can lead to sex. Do you have other kind of physical touch when you are not drinking? Get comfortable kissing, holding hands, snuggling, etc
/r/seduction05/04/22 12:27 AM

Social skills, sense of humor, and kindness. Sounds cheesy but those things will get you a relationship
/r/seduction05/04/22 12:25 AM

You make some good points. And yea if her friends don’t like you that might be a deal breaker. But on the flip side if they like you that can really help. I think you can get away with not meeting her friends at this point if you’ve only hung out once before. But if you go out a few times and won’t meet her friends she might take that as a red flag.
/r/seduction04/04/22 11:41 PM

So if she is starting the conversation again that means there is interest in both sides. Good sign. I don’t think you should avoid a response …but don’t respond right away all the time. This woman is not someone you should pursue. At least not right now. Her emotions are all over the place and they will continue to be until she works on herself. I would distance from her as much as possible. You can tell her something like “I don’t feel we are on the same page right now and I don’t think it’s wise for us to have any interaction for awhile” Then stop answering her texts/calls. Give this some space and focus on other things. If you want to check back with her in 6 months you can …

I don’t think you did anything wrong. You showed caring and kindness in asking why was up. Women are socialized to not speak up as much as men so sometimes they have trouble being up front with their feelings. You created a space where she felt safe to give her true feelings. And it sounds like you accepted what she said with maturity. These are great skills and a huge green flag. So why shouldn’t I have fun too? As long as you haven’t told these girls you are exclusive with them you have done nothing wrong. Would you be mad if they were also seeing another guy? I think the difference is in your post. You say good night and then she doesn’t text for a few days. You finished the conversation by saying goodnight. And she texts again when she’s ready to have another conversation What you are talking about (not responding) is different. Respond to her in a reasonable time frame (within a few hours). Question. This is the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard. This sub is called seduction. But a lot of the advice getting passed around here is, at best, misinformation and at worse, reinforces really damaging paradigms of masculinity. I’ve seen people basically be told that their whole self is trash and they should start over. New clothes, new hair, new body, new voice, new mannerisms. I’m female but went through a break up back in my early 30s after being together about 7 years. It’s all so overwhelming You’ll make mistakes and everyone is awkward. Just get on a few apps to see the feel for them. Some are more geared to hookups and others are more about relationships. Just put it out there what you are looking for. Biggest advice is to not waste time texting endlessly unless that’s what you are looking for. But if you really want to meet someone (or multiple someone’s) try to…

Ultimately you need to make yourself happy. So find the people who’s opinions you value and take them to heart…but no one’s opinion matters as much as yours. Stay open to hearing about other peoples perspectives/experiences. And do your best not to hurt others. But stay true to yourself. If you find you are seeing the same patterns in your life, look at a common factors…they may be internal to you or they may be external. Come into interactions with vulnerability and transparency. I would ask her why she said that. JuT say that was a strange response and why did she respond that way. My guess is that she views you as a friend…so if you are open to just being friends just do that but if you are only interested in her romantically then it may be best to cut ties.

If you still have to see her that makes the process of getting over her harder. That’s why I recommend people go no contact for awhile after a breakup. I went through a breakup a few years back and it took me forever to get over bc I kept trying to be friends with him so the wounds didn’t heal. If you can avoid her that will help you. Maybe one day you can friends or even try again

Love this except for the “you were always the most attractive” part. Never assume you are exclusive with someone unless it’s explicitly stated. And they should never assume that of you. But don’t say crap like that that may or may not be true bc it hurts future compliments you may give. And a woman’s worth is so much more than her looks.

Rejection can be so hard and can leave so many scars. But if you ever want to be in a relationship you’ll have to let down your guard. Yes, it means the possibility of being hurt but you won’t be able to experience the connection of a partnership if you aren’t willing to risk being hurt. Those two things go hand in hand.

Why is a lower body count important? Does a higher body count mean that she knows what she wants and likes…or is it more that she will hold you to a higher standard/more challenging? Asking questions -open ended questions. Use the formula ask question + listen to the answer + add your own thoughts/details. Good question: Tell me about what you do for work/what are you studying? Follow up questions: How did you get interested in that? Are you passionate about what you do or is it more of just a job? (If you’re not passionate about it, what are you passionate about?) She says she wants something serious and so do you. Can you just say to her “hey, I really like you and want to see how this goes. Can we make it an exclusive thing?”

Add her on insta and invite her to help with your next film. But only if you legit would be ok just being friends. If you are gonna feel the pull to be super flirty then just see her at church and let it go. If you invite her to help 2-3 times and she declines the invite or has other plans, then consider that to be her saying “thanks but no thanks”

She prob would have hooked up with you if you had invited her in. But no worries. Especially if you were drunk probably better to not blur that consent line. You have her number so message her and invite her over. You could make a joke of it even and be like “did playing hard to get last night work for you?”

Lol are you gen z? Y’all are bizarre. You’ll send naked pics to each other but aren’t “at the hang out stage yet”. Lol

Yeah honesty is important but it sounds like the way she told you was pretty cruel. Being honest is so important but there are kinder ways to give harsh truths

Ok. Yeah make sure you are complimenting something like that vs something about her body. Why are you finding it hard to give the compliment?

I’m so sorry try she treated you like that. There is no excuse for it and it’s totally her loss. Your sex drive is fine - do what makes you feel good but there’s not need to try and curtail natural urges. But if being vulnerable sexually with someone right now feels hard then just back off that for a bit. I’d encourage you to lean into just dating/making friends and most of all doing things that make you feel happy and good about yourself. Self care is so important. I’d also encourage you to sto…

A friends with benefits situation is basically both of you using each other for…well, friendship and Sex Both pieces are important. If he’s not a good sexual partner for you don’t settle for “meh” sex. And if he’s not a good friend to you then don’t continue to be his friend and please don’t keep sleeping with him.

Probably means they aren’t ready to go out yet. You could try once more and say “I’m good you? So does Friday work for you?” If they say no or change the subject again then just play it off and keep being friendly. But prob not worth investing a lot more time into that person

Did she just walk away mid conversation with you? If so that’s pretty rude unless you were like with a group of people. But you don’t walk away from a one on one conversation without saying anything. I wouldn’t sweat it. In general though you don’t need to try and get someone to stay or to come back. A polite person would say something like “hey I need to go see my friend that just got here” or something to excuse themselves. You could say “it was nice chatting with you - would love to talk more…

Anything outside. Walk. Dog park (even if you don’t have a dog). Local festival. If she’s a little wishy washy, think of something you would want to do alone and invite her to join you. Low pressure for her bc you are gonna do it anyway. Even if she bails you’ll still have fun

Don’t think of it as small talk. Think of it as getting to know her. After all, if you ask her out and she says yes you will…have to talk to her Asking her about her tattoo is a good start. What does it mean, how long has she had it? If you have any tats you can show and tell. Ask if she works out at the gym too - what kind of workouts does she like? Another option. Make up a little white lie “I thought I saw you at the grocery store the other day - xyz store. Was that you?” She’ll say no and th…

You talk about bra size and get sexy pics from friends that are in relationships? That feels like a problem waiting to happen. But putting that aside, if she’s sending you pics like that I think it’s pretty safe to say she’s into you in some capacity. I’d take the next step and try to hang with her alone. She how she acts. If she continues to be flirty and provacative, follow her down that rabbit hole and see where it leads. Of course be mindful of consent issues. And don’t sleep with her more t…

Making friends as you get older is a challenge. I think that in our teens we like to have a large group of friends and for some people that continues into their 20s. I was definitely someone that has never really felt completely a part of the group and I’ve struggled to make friends. It used to bother me so much. But I think I’ve finally come to a place where I’m more settled. I have a few close friends and that is good with me. Back in the days where I had more friends I don’t think the connect…

Can you ask close friends why people tend to think you are gay? Asking female friends would probably be best.
/r/seduction20/03/22 04:16 PM

Yeah definitely. Just be careful to not assume she’s trying to get into a relationship too quickly. “I like our connection and I’d love to eventually be in a relationship…I’d like to spend some time together and go from there”

When you go out with coworkers are you mostly talking about work? Or other stuff? I know sometimes people go out and want to talk about work gossip which is fine but you have to connect on other things - what do you have in common outside of work? Honestly making friends is a lot like dating…you kind of have to keep at it. If you hang out with a certain work person a few times and they never ask you to hang out then maybe they aren’t interested in being friends outside work. But if someone is in…

Just be honest. “I’m not sure what I’m looking for just yet. At this point I’m looking to meet people and make connections.” Usually when women ask this question is to find out if you are just looking for sex. Some women are fine with just hookups of course but not all. So you just need to be clear if you are only after sex or if you are open the possibility of a relationship.

First of all…the conversation sounds icky…unless she’s into you. You don’t talk to a guy about your bra size and send him a pick unless (1) she’s into you or (2) she’s looking for validation/attention So I think you should think about what you want. Are you interim her? If so, what kind of interest (relationship? Just sex?) Depending on that will determine how to proceed.
/r/seduction20/03/22 05:21 AM

You need to put in effort again as though you are first dating. Don’t assume you’ll just pick up where you left off. But also you might. Ask her out and try to see her regularly. Stay in contact every day or so…not too much of course (don’t want to overwhelm her) You might also need to address why you broke up. You said it was something small. She might need to know if you’ve changed since that…she might not be super trusting if she thinks you’re going to drop her over something small again.

Are you getting matches on dating sites? Looking for ways to make friends would be great. Look for ways to meet people based around common interests (clubs, classes, etc). And see if you can turn some of the work friends into real friends. Maybe see if a few coworkers want to get drinks or something after work.

Best advice for online dating (assuming you want to date/find relationship and not just hook up) is to get to the in person date asap. Ideally within a couple weeks. Chatting endlessly is exhausting. You often know within 5 minutes of meeting someone if there is an attraction…so why waste hours messaging for something you can learn in a few minutes? Sounds like she likes you…or at least likes the attention but doesn’t have the same priorities. No need to block her…but don’t put any more effort i…

I assume “what do you want?” Is the same as “what are you looking for?” If that’s the case then…honesty. If you’re loooking for casual hookups, say that. If you’re looking for relationship say that. If you’re not sure what you want but just want to meet women…say that

Why not use the whole “new in town” thing to your advantage. “Hey I’m in town for a couple weeks - any recommendations on restaurants or bars to check out?”
/r/seduction19/03/22 03:24 PM

Just take it slow. Focus mostly on her…oral manual etc. if you feel like piv is gonna be a little much for you, I think it’s fine to say something like “I really want to have sex with you but I’m a little nervous and sometimes I can’t stay up when I’m nervous”. She may oblige in other ways. Just keep the mood light and fun. And just make sure she knows that you want to try again later or another day.

I’m sorry this happened to you. My read is that this woman was a great actor. I’m sure she had a nice time on both dates but my gut is that she didn’t have quite as good a time on the first date as maybe you thought. I think she liked you and the attention and maybe she was looking for some validation herself. The second date was prob also good but just not as good as it was for you. And then being in different pages when it comes to kids/marriage probables helped her decide it was not a good fi…

Woman here and I would say to do the exact opposite if you are looking for a relationship. The science also backs this up. When I was single I would chat with a guy once or twice, then I would try to talk on the phone if possible. Then I would try to meet in person. I tried to go from matching on tinder to a first date within a couple weeks. Any longer was a waste of time bc if someone can’t make time for a coffee date within a couple weeks then they prob aren’t very serious about dating. Unless…

Take ownership for what happened and make a joke about it. Her emoji indicates she not taking too seriously. Say something like “yeah, a few too many drinks…im sorry about how I acted - it’s wasn’t a great look” Then tell her you are looking forward to hanging out. Then the most important part. Know your limits and don’t do that again. Once is a funny story but more than that is a red flag.

Do you know her irl or just virtual? I think this makes a difference. Have you talked about what you are both looking for? If she’s looking for something casual and you want a relationship your needs will probably be different. Also pay attention to how often she reaches out to you. You don’t want to text her 4 times as often as she texts you…that would be a lot. But if she sends you one or two texts each day it’s fine to do about the same frequency. Also, some women are different, but I’ve neve…

Learning to approach strangers to make conversation is such a great skill. It's one I wish I was better at. I'd caution you against making sex the ultimate goal though...I think that could cheapen the experience. Maybe just the goal of trying to initiate conversation with 100 women a month is a good goal. Dates and yes sex will happen organically from that.
