Sometimes this can be linked to zoning. Single use bathrooms end up gender neutral where multi stalls are not. Thing is they go by toilets and don't count urinals. So you will have a place with the womans room having 2 stalls and the mens room having a stall and a urinal or two. That room now becomes gender neutral. I kinda don't believe that any of the door dash drivers get it right. Around me you have like a 30% chance of getting a drink you ordered and seemly all of the door dash drivers link to place the food bag right in front of the storm door meaning you have to let the door smash the bag some to open it far enough to grab the stuff. There are actual ways but I'm guessing your lawyer will get a court order demanding a test as soon as the child is born. From what you are saying it sounds like the kid will not be yours. In a lot of cases its because of some stupidity in the laws. You have a few states where by code the restrooms are gender neutral if its a single toilet but that doesn't include a urinal. Regulations will say that a single toilet restroom needs to be unisex and they don't consider the urinal to count. Take it up with your local or state legislator. Yea thats my point. The dress code for men is pretty restrictive in many cases. It makes sense that men would want it a little cooler due to the extra clothes they are required to wear. A sleeveless light summer dress with sandals vs a full business suit. You are correct it does not show show an wide-spread bias although I can say my local child services is still very biased. And to be fair he should have sued them years ago for the shit they pull. In the case with his ex it is a lost cause in a sense. The nicest way I can describe her is "a burden on society". I never said the time he was sentenced was fare. I even said it seemed long. As I said it seems we are missing part of this story. In this case he wasn't making his payments on time for one reason or another until the court was asked to address it. He then paid. What option besides jail does the court have in this case? The support was already being pulled from his paycheck. I think weekends in jail might have been an option.

My understanding is that NJ is not a common law marriage state although they would recognize one from out of state. Personally the only thing that would make me think she deserves anything is the shared earnings part. If their finances are tied together and the money came from a joint account then I'd say she is on to something. My dad has custody and ended up screaming at them telling they in front of everyone to show him some respect and that he was the custodial parent. Yea what rich said. I want to say my state(Virginia) just changed the laws not to long ago(like in the last 2 or 3 years) to define rape as a generic term for sexual assault. It use to be that rape was defined by a penis entering a vagina without consent. Everything else was under sexual assault. It doesn't surprise me that the dictionary would define it similar.
