I agree with this. Not only did you miss such an easy chance to get a kiss, but its so (in my opinion) much easier to escalate once you can kiss them.. IN THEIR OWN HOME?! sigh..this was me a few months ago. Now I just go for it. You should have gone with it or at least gotten kino in.

Did you touch them at all? Especially in a party settings and if loud, you can easily put your hand on their back, lean in to their ear to talk as if "its too loud so I have to lean in closer to talk" (which most of the time is actually true anyway)

Thats what I mean, im not naturally good at controlling the neediness haha

The answer is yes, but I feel myself getting a little too bit latched on so I may benefit from being able to say no to #1, as well keep options open

I agree with both of those things. This is literally her only night free this entire week due to work, and she asked me about it..so chances may be few and far

I have never met girl 2. I feel adding more people to the mix will decrease the neediness that I may feel? Which is why I'm like "yes i need to meet this new person" but then #1 has far better chance of escalating (tonight)

I have honestly read this and thought there were all these things I need to memorize and practice (and maybe there are some). But honestly, I get to the date, it all leaves my mind BUT.. I have gone on 3 dates since reading this stuff...and what works for me is is A) Being more comfortable/calm B) Just trying saying or doing something that you normally wouldn't..for me it is touching, before reading here I would never touch a girl and then somehow expect her to want to kiss me at the end haha

It sounds crazy but my best dates so far have been the ones where things have gone wrong? (Not that you plan this) But it gives something fun to talk about/make fun of..or it could be that we just really clicked. Example 1: Were supposed to go to a roofbar, but ended up getting lost..but we had a fun time trying to actually find it, went somewhere random instead. Example 2: Girl didn't drink. We went to see (bad) live music and the people dancing to it, had a good time laughing/talking. We then …

Thanks! I really wasn't all that much different (that I noticed). Maybe just tried a thing or two that I normally wouldn't and was myself..and well, it worked. Turns out she's a blast as a person and also probably the best sex I've had..

Hm I am new to this, and pretty much in every post it emphasizes eye contact alot. That is why I pose the question. Bar is out of the question, she's not 21..

Thanks for the help!

I texted her today.. "Hey! I enjoyed myself last night. Hang in there today! [in reference to the funeral] Just a few days till your vaca! Next time I'll have to be the one to make the hike when you get back! haha" She said.. "Hey sorry its been an absolutely exhausting day. But thank you for the thoughts and I had fun last night too! We will have to work something out for when i get back"

Possibly. She didn't even realize the time, nor do I think had any intention of headed home yet until the people at the Wine Bar came out and started putting the outdoor furniture away.. Unfortunately neither of us have a place yet, as we are actually pretty similar in our financial outlook on things and kinda just saving hard right now.

Why do you think? The body language did not just seem there the whole time. But again maybe thats my fault for not trying to get more contact in/get closer..

If there's anything bumble has taught me, it's how to not say "Hey What's up" because that's pretty much all that the girls say...Also I've been on there like 3 days and have like 5 #s.. (completely new to this whole pickup thing, not amazing looking) perhaps its not the app or the girls? Idk.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
