Yeah, the waiting game is gonna be tough these next few days. I'm no expert, and don't get tons of matches even though I'm in a big city, but I've found that getting feedback from my girl friends on my profile has helped. It is a lot about looks, and I honestly use it mostly to practice being witty. I much prefer meeting girls IRL because I'm just old fashioned like that.
